The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodated us earlier than check in time.

Slow to respond regarding extension of the stay.

I got it with a good deal, my only issue the parking they didn’t give me the right option, they send me to very expensive private parking and the public parking is free from after working hours to morning. For breakfast you need to go to another block. Elevator seems not good condition

Amazing room at an amazing hotel. Everything good! Very comfortable bed with big TV (great to watch UK programs on YouTube). Fantastic view and balcony. Great location close to many restaurants and sites. Great stuff. Nothing was bad!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Joyway Hotel in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff remained friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with See view. We immediately felt at home. One of the highlights is definitely the location: very central and perfect for exploring the city, yet still მშვიდ and relaxing. The breakfast was also great, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, everything was just right, service, cleanliness, facilities, and atmosphere. We were completely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!.

The standard room was not that great. The shower head was leaky and it was not repaired during our 4 day stay. The TV sometimes switched on by himself during the night .. small things, the room was OK, but not perfect.

The breakfast was very mediocre - no toast and the cold meats were all cheap processed meats. No pastries. When the salmon ran out it was not replaced. The coffee machine broke one morning so no coffee. The other morning there was a power failure [and no generator] so no tea and coffee was available. The breakfast room was also not the picture on booking.com [which was the roof restuarant] - the actual breakfast venue was down the road in another restuarant. Our room [top floor up 4 flights of steps] has NO lift - I specifically chose this hotel as booking.com said it had a lift. The manager did not care and said the main hotel had a lift, but my room in the Annex next door had no lift. The aircon did not work. The room safe was not bolted to the wall so our valuables could have been stolen by a thief just taking the whole safe. The bathroom had no towel hooks. The shower had poor water pressure. The curtains were broken. No glasses to drink water in the room. No spare toilet paper. We were in rooms 901 and 902. I emailed the hotel on 30 March 2026 a list of complaints and have received no reply email.

Location AC won’t work. cause of this i had to keep the window open which kept interrupting my and my kids sleep cause every hour or so someone would be honking as it was a busy street. Keep it closed and the room would get too hot for us to sleep. And then Staff specially the night guy can’t communicate. When i pushed hard enough he connected me to Hotel manager who said why I even needed AC as it’s the end of march and is cold, then hung up. Doesn’t understand what might be cold for him may not be cold for others. WiFi didn’t work for first day either then later it did.

I thought it was a very good price, and the location was perfect. the fact that I had a reservation the first night I didn't get a room there

Location and staff Breakfast was poor. Instant coffee :( . Also put in a bad room first night in a basement in another building due to power outage (not sure if the truth of this )

The location The ac was not working, I reported as soon as we get in the room and they tell us that a technician was going and never came, the second day it was a problem with the heater that couldn’t turn off and we have to open the door and windows to avoid get burn, they said again that technician was coming and it didn’t arrived too so I decided to leave the hotel and not spend the last night there

Room very small. Not so clean

Good accessibility. Very good amenities. Rooms were relatively small. Bathroom very small. No hot water most of the time, especially at night. Couldn't get a proper shower during my stay. Staff said it was fixed but the problem persisted the whole week. No shower curtains, so the bathroom floods with every shower.

A wonderful place, I recommend staying in this area and I will definitely return. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to markets and historical sites.
