The rooms are small, but they are fine for a stay of a few days.

The property was good and rhe staff were very nice And the hitel is in good place and not far from bus stop and metro station and close to the marmary The room was to small and toilet was having really bad smell and in night we did sleep with the smell of cigarette we couldn’t sleep well and I didn’t know were the smell is coming from but I think it was from ventilation

The smell of smoke in the bathroom, I dunno where it comes from. The hall window near room 105, it bothers a lot. It's near main road so the noise is big during the day, but no problem at night.

Very clean rooms, cleaned on a daily basis, stuff very kind and friendly, great location, overall I was very pleased and would definitely come back.

I liked that the staff were very friendly and helpful, also that they clean daily, you get included breakfast and there is a woman only spa if you want and i like all the things they offered us like a tour to the beach and taxi to the hotel. Very helping. Almost everything you need is in the reception; iron, sim card, first aid kit and more. I also like that there's a blow drier, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. There was an elevator which was amazing and there is a scale to weigh your luggage on one of the floors. The place of the hotel is very ideal. It's close to everything and it has an amazing look from the window and restaurant. The bed is a bit too hard and there are no extra big pillows. Most of the staff don't know English but communicating with sign language or Google translate works fine. You also don't get to have more than one room card to get in individually if you are more than one person, although we did get an extra card when we asked for it for electricity when we're not in the hotel but that card is for another unused room so it doesn't open the room. Also, the bathroom and room were quite tight, especially the bathroom, but maybe every room is different.

Very satisfired of conditions and location of the hotel

We stayed in this hotel on our last Istanbul visit and it was great. Location is really good, metro station is near (it's important since you can come by metro from airport), bus stations are near to take you wherever you want in Istanbul and most popular landmarks like Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet mosque and Aja Sophia are 25 minutes by foot. Hotel is clean, they clean rooms every day. We visited in December and rooms are very warm. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Staff is not friendly. They want to make money on each step. We wanted half day stay they charges full day.
