Lalinn Hotel

Ours was a family vacation visit. So we were a little nervous about the location, facilities, staff and hygiene at and of the property. After a lot of search over various platform on criteria conducive to our choice and liking, we narrowed down on a few and Lalinn, 1 night in June 2026 The choice of Lalinn, doing it virtually over internet, was based on its location, family accommodation and parking available. The staff made sure that we had our parking slot right opposite the property and they had it reserved for our check in time. Our welcome was done with warm smile and asking for any and all requirements, knowing we were a family with kids (demanding and observing boys). But it was taken care of whatever we asked. Balcony, with sea view), quite ambience. Warm water. Exhaust in wash room to avoid dampness. Room as described was cozy, 1 double and single beds, nice and tidy, fresh with newly done up linen and fresh towels. It had an effective aircon. the balcony was small but big enough for a private coffee / wine/ tea sit out and enjoy the sea view (though not direct but still serene). The washroom had continuous supply of both regular and warm water. Extra coffee was for a cost. The hotel small yet cozy enough to give you a relaxing stay. It is 10 mins walking to the famous Hippodrome, Sofia Hagia, Grand Bazar and Spice market. Eating restaurant, many, are plenty in around. There are a lot of small shops around where you can buy your daily stocks of water, wine, bread, eggs, fruits and drinks at reasonable prices. Metro/ Tram is 10 mins walk. Sea beach is walking distance as well. our stay with family was well sorted and chosen. They should have elevator for older people to climb up.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was my first time in Istanbul and it is walking distance to the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc.). Good restaurant options nearby. Wi-fi worked fine. No complaints.

The location There was a lot of noises coming from train rail road next to the hotel and the construction in front of the hotel. The staff were not helpful as they accepted our request to check in early online but once we were onsite, they told us that they accepted the request by mistake. We lost the first day of our trip and everything we planned in advance due to such mistakes.

Location

Excellent value for money in the heart of the city. The location is amazing, literally 10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and the "Sultanahmet" tram station. The room was very clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the presentation photos. We have stayed here before and can't wait to go back. Thanks to the hotel staff, they have become our friends in Turkey!!!!! 10++ Everything was 10+

Solo female traveler: Do not make small talk or be too friendly with hotel staff. Definitely misinterpreted kindness for something else. Beware. Bed was clean Room was clean and very pretty Water was hot Ac worked strongly Location is VERY convenient! 7 min walk to the blue mosque plaza. Walkable to most attractions. Shower had deep mold. BRING FLIP FLOPS!! Such a lovely room with such a gross mold problem.

Traveled with my mom and brother, and we really enjoyed everything. Upon arrival, we were given a different room — with a balcony and a sea view — at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If something was missing from the room, they brought it right away without any issues. The room itself was very spacious. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but the staff helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The location is perfect — right in the city center, but quiet, with very few tourists around. There's a metro line nearby, but you can barely hear it from the hotel.

Location is so close to all the historical sites. Food is nice in in the area. Family friendly area. Hotel is nice and cosy. Staff members Zaki and Syet were so helpful. We liked everything.

This is a good place for individual travellers in the heart of the city. It can be cold in winter, but there is AC in the room.

All the staff there are so kind, warm-hearted, and always ready to help with anything. I had just undergone surgery and needed ice every hour—they were incredibly kind and made sure we had ice even during the night. The staff is exceptionally polite. If we visit Turkey again, we would definitely stay there again.

The location is very good. Very close to the central part of the city and the coast. We were accommodated in a room with a sea view, which we really liked. There’s a parking lot in front of the hotel.
