When I’m arriving in the hotel, I got my room. I check about the bed cover and I see it in the closet room, but it’s very dirty. I go down to the reception to tell him to change it he upset and he tried to fight with me why I tell him that It’s very bad experience and I never do it again.

Beds are comfy. Blankets are white, spotless and fresh. Staff was very polite and friendly Paper thin walls. If your neighbours make noise on the floor, it’s impossible to fall asleep. Fridge didn’t work

Cheap and really close to the major tourist attractions. Close to great transport links. It's a hotel for local people and locals those on business (so the man on reception told me). Hotel is evidently still undergoing renovations because the staircases are full of building materials and mattresses. It's noisy through the night (talking and banging doors even at 0130). The room door has no catch or latch inside to secure it once back for the night.

It was very clean, bathrooms and bedrooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was also served daily and there were many great options. Located in the city centre but it’s away from the main road so great access to public transport. Great value for money for families travelling! Nothing
