Мне надо было оставить багаж на день после чек аута я попросил их можно ли оставить у них и забрать позже на что они ответили позитивно, чемодан был в отличном состоянии. Хороший завтрак

Triple room I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mayza. It is a small, cozy, and budget-friendly hotel in an excellent location, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, they kindly allowed me to check in at 11:00 AM as soon as my room was ready. A special thank you Semih at the reception for making this possible and for his warm hospitality. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh water and tissues provided daily. I was impressed to see that the curtains had just been washed and freshly hung before I entered the room, which really showed how much they care about cleanliness. The room also had a nice view of the street parallel to Istiklal Street. Breakfast was included, which was a great way to start the day. There was a good selection of bread, simit, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, honey, butter, tea, and instant coffee. One thing to note is that the elevator starts from the first floor, so you need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. However, this wasn't a problem at all. Semih kindly helped carry my bags upstairs when I arrived, and the tall gentleman at the reception helped carry them downstairs when I checked out. Thank you both for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to thank the lady ?who cleaned the rooms and prepared breakfast every morning. She worked very hard and always made sure everything was clean and well prepared. Nothing

Rooms were very decent and the beds very very comfortable. Breakfast which was included very decent. The location of the property was very central and close to many tourist attractions.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. Also there was no separate heater in the room only the AC heating was available. You can hear people talking from outside so soundproofing could be improved.

Our stay in Mayza hotel was really great. The location is very convenient and Istiklal Street, which is one minite away, is so attractive. The room was nice and clean with the bathroom in perfect condition. The staff were caring and helpful, breakfasts were fresh and diverse. My children and I enjoyed our stay immensely and were very sad when it was time to leave. Can't think of anything we didn't like.
