The day staff were really helpful Room was tiny. Bathroom shower holder broken, shower doors dont close, panels were loose. Basin is literally crammed in a small space so washing your face/brushing teeth was a struggle. Coffee machine is a kettle which i had to ask for with no cups or coffee. Fridge does not work in any rooms. No hangers or drawers for clothes. AC goes off after 15 minutes. Cannot sleep as area full of people who talk outside until at least 3am. If open window room smells of smoke so have to sleep with smoke inhaling. Location is close to POI but the hill is very very steep 12mins on your life. Room service has to be asked for. Breakfast is a waste literally baguette cut with spreads, boiled eggs, cold fries, cold onion rings, dry cucumbers, other salads that did not look appealing and it is the same everyday so unless you like chocolate bread you will be eating out.

The airport transfer service service offered through 3rd party was a bit expensive, so did not take it. We had to leave early the staff offered us a limited breakfast which was a nice gesture. The place was a bit dated and the spa facility was not available although it was advertised. Not sure if it was being refurbished or closed permanently as was told that it was not available for few months prior. The location was on the side street and was a bit far from the metro and about 15 plus minutes to blue mosque area., The walk was very up and down in order to get to it, as we had a baby buggy it was a bit of a challenge.

Value for money, ticks all the boxes on a basic level. It is too far away from the touristic area (blue mosque etc ) the steep walk is not for the faint hearted!

The hotel is situated in a good location. Food etc is near by. The hotel was absolutely rubbish. Dirty, pretty much everything was broken. Things wouldn't work properly. Nothing organised. Also had my money stolen from my bag while the nag was in the room.

Not very clean, also location is okay. The staff members were excellent as well as the breakfast. Not very clean, the bathroom wasn’t clean as well as the cupboard. There was also an old dirty bottle on top of the cupboard

Terrible hotel mattresses poke into you, cats n birds congregate at the room windows n r very noisy and very bad location have to walk up a steep hill to reach tourist sights however staff were friendly Beds, claustrophobic tight hotel, breakfast was terrible no safe for valuables in hotel, no soap or toilet paper in shower, thin walls can hear everything

Rooms very spacious and very confortable beds. Felt very safe & secure in the hotel as staff were very welcoming & friendly. Will definitely visit istanbul again & stay in this hotel.

distance from places to visit it is not cleaned, the trash, towels or anything else in the room is not changed. The fridge doesn't work, it's very noisy, the bathroom door is broken, the shower cabin door was missing. the curtain rod was broken

nothing They stole my money when I was eating breakfast. I left my room just for 20 minutes, when I back, I found that they take 1800 euro from my bag

Mr youssef was really helpful and welcoming. he made sure that everything was in order. much respect ! the location of the water tap in my room was inconvenient and small. the breakfast was not satisfying which is understandable given the price of the hotel .

The staff were amazing, polite and very helpful. The wifi didn’t work at night and the beds sheets never got changed during our stay. The hotel location wasn’t as described as they were too far from the metro station.
