Good value, nice room. Walking distance to the metro. Especially good if you are going to Sabiha Gokcen airport.

The staff was neutral at best, lacking the basic customer service training. The reception was open 24/7, having 3 employees alternate. The girl was decent, she tried her best to help and guide. One of the lads was just awful, acting like im an unwanted guest in his personal house, doing the absolute minimum just to continue doing nothing at his desc, always having a mood of "having more important things to do than deal with you" but thats not the case. Facility itself is not tourist friendly at all, so unless u know the city and the language, never book them. They wont have anything for you, not a single brochure with places to visit, not a single paper with food to order. You have to figure everything out by yourself. The windows lack basic isolation, you can hear a loud dog barking at ur window all night, i had to sleep with earbuds on and music playing. Was painful. The hygiene was also questionable and overall the place needs general maintenance work. Screws loose, windows with no handles... Wifi was faulty as well, almost every night had outages. Complained once to reception and it was THAT guy at the desk, so conversation again felt like i was an unwanted guest asking for "too much".

Not a dislike but just a comment: One star remove for the small drawbacks: slight smell of cigarettes when not using air conditioning, the soap in the shower wasn't working, the location is indeed a bit noisy as a big route is nearby (and the windows are not too good for sound isolation), but nothing critical, it wasn't super noisy. And indeed a bit weird solution from the host - not to provide a duvet cover, but after asking they easily supply it, so everything is ok.

It's the best choice who wants to be near the airport Sabiha Airport , about half an hour by the metro from the airport , The room is very comfortable and there is an AC , Fridge , private bathroom every thing is great Nothing, but take care of the shelf on the fridge because it's hard when it hits your head

Good value for the money but definitely just for one night before your flight change. Although it is not city center, still there are lots of cats around ~) It seems that all rooms have a problem with window lockers. They do not fix the window tightly so the noise from the highway is quite loud at night. Also take into account that in winter the cold air would enter the room from the window. I experienced it during my previous stay in November.

Safe doesn't work in room 103, smoking smell even in no smoking room.

Staff was nice, the receptionists very kind. Overall a good hotel, close to the airport form the Asian side. You have direct underground from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. There is no food options. After speaking with the staff, they mentioned that for extra money they can provide food ( from another place). The guest should let the staff know the time when they want to eat, and they will provide the food. There are restaurants nearby and I believe they will provide the food from there, bring it at the hotel, and the guest can eat there. If you stay 1-2 days, I guess is worth it. I have stayed 6 days, and I have found food by myself. You can also order, use the app "GETIR" for those who do not have Turkish phone number. For the cleaning you have to ask at the reception to send the cleaners..

I came to Istanbul for a few days on a business trip and stayed at monezza hotel the location was really convenient it was just a 3 minute walk to Huzurevi metro station and about 10 minutes to maltepe metro station it made it very easy to get to my meetings around the city Sabiha Gokcen Airport was about 30 minutes away by car the room was clean the staff were very helpful and it was great to relax in a quiet and comfortable environment at the end of the day definitely a place I would choose again for both business and leisure stays

The hotel is great for the money! Very convenient if you need to fly out of Sabiha Gokcen Airport as the hotel is close to metro which will get you there in about 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. One downside is noise from the nearby highway so ear plugs might be useful for some to get better sleep.

Convenient location if you arrive or depart from the old airport. Close to the metro station. The room is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. You can find several nice places nearby to have breakfast. The window lock in my room was broken. It was impossible to close the window tightly so it was chilly at night and very noisy as the hotel stands on a highway. The administrator seemed to be very tired and unhappy with his work. He answered that he could not offer me any other room and did not even expressed any regrets. Maybe that's an attribute of a budget room but then it would be nice to know about its specifics at the time of booking.
