The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and the check-in process was quick. Nothing in particular. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

There was water in the room floor from the fridge.

The rooms are nice, clean, big and comfortable. The staff at the front desk is very polite and helpful. The hotel is perfect!

If anything, the location. The staff was resourceful, and helped mediate with a taxi driver who didn't want to take credit card. The facilities are awful. The bathroom is disgusting. There are wild cats all over the place, inside the hotel. I was charged by Booking and the Hotel also charged my card. Booking still has not responded. No hot water, pressure was really bad. On the second bight we discover that they turn of the water heaters at night when nobody showers anymore or they have less occupancy. The toilet ran all night, everytime you flushed, water ran forever. Towers were old and some dirty, some hairs on the bed. Small bathroom, the shower had a little glass so everytime you shower, absolutely everything gets soaked.

The rooms were nice and clean, the Location of the hotel was perfect near everything and there were plenty of restaurants around, and the staff were super friendly.

It’s a new hotel, it has new furniture and linens. Sleeping there was nice and quiet. There are a lot of unfinished construction work inside the hotel. We went asleep in normal conditions but in the morning there was power outage, I was in a shower and hot water ended with the lights. We had only 1 hour to be ready for our flight and shutdown made us nervous. Nobody couldn’t take a shower, boil water or charge the devices. More than that, we were on the 4th floor with heavy suitcases and inoperative elevator. The hotel doesn’t have someone to help with suitcases, the spiral staircase wasn’t illuminated. Fortunately, the electricity came back in an hour.

The hotel is okay in terms of construction , it has no spirit. There's a kitchen without any kitchen utensils, so what should I do with the kitchen if there are no utensils in it? The closet in the bedroom has no hangers, so how can I hang my clothes in an empty closet? And several other things indicate that they lack understanding of service and lack the spirit of service

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately It was extremely noisy i could hear everything from outside the door, especially from cleaning ladies. I kept waking up.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was spacious and tidy, the hotel staff was very friendly.

The internet connection was really bad
