Cant suggest more this place. Location, people, comfort, everything. Very spacious rooms, receptionist are very nice. Will stay here again!

Such a tiny place in such a tiny streey byt yet inside felt like a palace with 5 stars employees who work there as if they were a family and extremely attentive to their guests 24 hours a day. The room was spotless and new as if the hotel was just built. I usually don't leave reviews but for the price a 5 star experience was delivered. Thank you I liked everything

The hotel rooms are well-kept and clean, with comfortable beds and decent amenities. The staff is generally polite and helpful, and overall the place feels tidy and organized. Rooms on the reception floor are very very noisy — you can hear people talking or watching videos even late at night. The internet connection is unstable and sometimes barely works. Breakfast is quite mediocre and rather scarce, not matching the price of the stay. The area around the hotel also feels a bit sketchy and dirty at night.

The lunch buffet was excellent. Even though it was across the street from the hotel itself, it was great. The hotel also provides the ride up the hill almost to the tram station.

Really nice and helpful staff. Especially the gay on the reception with nickname James Bond ?The hotel is small, but with very comfortable and clean rooms. The location is very good. Only 10 min by walk from Grand Bazaar. In addition the parking is next to the hotel and it’s free of charge. We recommend hotel Prag for Istanbul stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, enough big for 3 people. Breakfast was so rich and tasty. Area is good, nearby there are many places where to eat. 10 min normal walk to the tram station and Kapalicarsi. Staff was kind and helpful. There is also parking included in the price which was good extra. Its was challenge to reach the place by car as there are control checks, but the staff from the hotel helped us.

I will recommend the hotel to all my friends. Excellent location, very close to important and well-known tourist attractions, very close to taverns and restaurants where the Turkish food is exceptional. Right in the shopping center where the shops have quality and very cheap products. I love Istanbul and Prag Hotel. This is related to the location... regarding cleanliness, note 10. A cleaning lady came to the room twice in the same day, because she found us in the room and so as not to disturb us, she took the trash and left, after we left she came again and I found the room immaculately clean. And this every day! Breakfast... score 10 !!! Varied, rich, the buffet staff exceptional. Friendly and bouncy, the ladies from the kitchen are communicative and very skilled! Crazy cakes, extraordinarily good!!! The end... Reception staff... CONGRATULATIONS!!! Very respectful young gentlemen. They offered to show us tourist routes, teach us and recommend places to visit. We were sorry that we left and did not ask them their names and to keep in touch with them!!! Everything was extraordinary, we congratulate you for knowing and taking care of your business. It was PERFECT all !

I would totally recommend it! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and really clean! The private parking was an extra point for us and would stay here again for sure. The property is nearby a mosque but if you are used to it, there is no problem at all.

Near all the interes points, the room was very clean, the beds comfortable, the stuff are very kind and nice people. Also the hotel has a parking place. The breakfast included was very good. The only thing is that the room no.2 near the reception is very noisy. You can hear everything. Maybe a better isolation of the door will be useful in the future.
