Being conscious about price, location is good. Around 1km from Tram station. (If you are traveling with big bags this option is not for you, due to the waking distance). Friendly staff. The owner does not speak fluent English but always willing to help with translators. If you require and room is available, they can made early check in. In hotel surroundings you can find a lot of restaurants. Everything was good

The place is very central, you can reach many places by foot. Around Sandara is FULL of restaurant, market and whatever you need. It was so comfortable that I decided to book the room for the rest of my time in Istanbul. Comfortable room although small, with smart Tv, and a small fridge, modern bathroom, very kind staff. There is nothing I will complain about, well done.

Hotel location and Mr. Ahmed , superb gentleman and he made my stay extremely comfortable and convenient, went out of his way to make me feel special, extremely friendly perole all around . . Cramped Reception , Risky Staircase , water leaking in bathroom , absence of basic toiletries etc .

The smell from the bathroom made our stay a lot less comfortable. The room felt a bit small for the 2, as friends traveling together. Other than that, it was all good.

The hotel is only a minute away from Kumkapi station and 20 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The shower was excellent. I would recommend if you enjoy having lively restuarants on your doorstep, which as a single female traveller suited me fine. I like to view where I am going in advance but the hotel can't be seen on Google Earth. You can see Nurettin's icecream stand which is right next to the hotel.

The hotel has been newly designed. Hotel staff are friendly and warm-hearted. The beds were comfortable. It is close to entertainment, food and attractions. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance and has a sea view. I definitely recommend

It was small boutique hotel with lovely workers. It is very central and walking distance to Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace and Grand Bazaar.
