Honestly I liked nothing about the property. We stayed for 3 nights, and we couldnt waited till it was over. The manager wouldnt give us water, and everyday they did not refill the towels. The call line wouldnt work, so you have to go downstairs. The bath was very dirty, and the cabine of the shower is so small. Also we have seen allot of hotels, because we travel a lot, but this was very bad experience. Honestly I liked nothing about the property. The best location, everything on the historic side reachable by a short walk. Breakfast was good, maybe a bit more fruit would be nice. The room was OK, could have more attention to cleaning some details, but in general it was OK. I have no complains.

Excellently located hotel with all staff speaking English and ready to greet, chat and help every step of the way. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet is truly luxurious. I hope to stay here again soon!

It is just a few metres from the elevator that takes you to Marmaray. You can use it to go to Üskudar and eat exceptional food at 3x lower than the prices around Eminönu. The breakfast at the hotel was decent with enough options and fresh food. The facility may need to start repairing some of the stuff, for ex. in one of the rooms the hairdryer was not working, whereas in another room the electricity worked without the need of the key (not a problem for us though).

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind :) The first room was not good, seemed old and dirty and my friend asked to change it. The second room was better ! The breakfast missed some good stuff!

The location of the hotel is perfect and it is clean. The breakfast was ok. A lot of varietes. I would imrpove coffee or add turkish one I asked for a Turkish coffee for breakfast but they said they dont have. However, the beds are short. I am 192cm and I couldn't fit properly (maybe they could be wider as well). There is constant nosie from the outside from some fan (maybe other building) so the window should be closed if you want peace. Cleaning service was a bit ununiform. One day they bring 2 towels and one piece of toilette paper, other day they bring 4 and 2 roles.of paper etc.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to important tram stops, Sirkeci Train Station and near to Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. And it is not right on the main street which is quite busy, so you don't hear the noise from it very much. The breakfast is rich and varied enough every day, and the staff is extremely kind and responsive. Sometimes there was noise from neighboring rooms and the street.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The staff are very nice and welcoming, especially Mr. Ibrahim who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—close to everything you might need, with a metro station just a few steps away. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast could be improved, as the current selection is quite limited. Adding more variety and options would make it much more enjoyable and better suited to different tastes.

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel owner was very rude he refused to arrange a transfer back to the airport, he lied and told us that the roads were closed and told us to get the Metro. We were also let down on our pre arranged transfer to the hotel on our arrival, we had to get a taxi. Very disappointing service.

Breakfast was very good with many options, location is ideal near the ferry, metro station and walks by the water. Everything about the building structure, maintenance, plumbing, cleaning was a disappointment. Lots of broken things in the room which would have been easily fixed but for some reason are just left like that.
