-
The location was good No room service, the facilitating wasn’t as expected and over priced
-
The staff were helpful and friendly. The room decor was nice.
-
location was excellent , view was brilliant, staff was ok the aircon did not work and after paying for an upgrade of room you expect air-cons to work
-
The best thing to do after a long flight is to go straight to the spa at this hotel! Then walking distance to most of the sites Something was up with the shower drain

I invited my friend from another country to celebrate her birthday and chose this hotel to impress her. I sure did. Looks exactly like on the pictures, little piece of fairytale. The rooms are Ottoman style decorated. Quiet location in walking distance to the main attractions of Sultanahmet and numerous restaurants. The territory is meticulously maintained and the housekeeping is great. The staff is very attentive and offering you coffee or tea when you are in the courtyard. Just the little things. The lack of lightening, especially in the rooms facing the courtyard. Even if you turn all the lights… And my big problem was that very annoying music from the restaurant, same every day, from 8 am till 10-11 pm. It’s probably called “neutral”, without a character, popular tunes sung by the 4-tier artists - to me a kind of torture. At least we were not there all the time)) Maybe no music would be better.

Not far to the spice bazaar, and ferry to asian side. Staff was always willing to help with anything anytime. Restaurant on property was good. Breakfast was included into the price. And a great spa on property also Cannot find anything wrong with this establishment

We really appreciated Sajin he was very nice. Always getting us what we needed. Very good host.

Breakfast included and location No AC or fan. Did not like transport services. Waiting 20+ mins for pick up from airport and hotel to airport.

I found the hair dryer very inconvenient to use; to keep it running, I had to constantly hold my finger on the button—it is a very poorly designed model. The bathroom furniture requires minor repairs, but this is not a major issue.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and it was difficult to sleep due to the poor-quality mattress. There was also significant noise outside until midnight, which made it even harder to rest. Additionally, the hotel was under renovation during our stay, which caused inconvenience and should have been communicated in advance.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing.

Service and location are amazing. It is walking distance to most of the attractions along pleasant cobble-stoned streets. The big breakfast everyday was almost too much, but we did get excellent service from Tugba and others. The cook obliged with special requestsand the barista served up excellent Turkish tea and coffee. The rooms are oppulently decorated. The Spa is good, the sauna, steam room and bath are included and I got great service from Robert, but the paid services (massage etc.) are expensive. Pressure to sign-up for hotel-offered tours and services at check-in. We did eventually sign-up for an all-day private tour of the broarder city area for $400, but were surprised when it was just a driver and no tour guide. The driver did his best to guide us, but we felt duped. Brought it up with management and they did nothing about it. There are prenty of much much cheaper tour options available which we used for the nearby tours of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We paid top dollar for a sea view room but the room they assigned us was on the 1st floor overlooking a terrace and busy road and then the sea. There was no privacy as people dining on the terrace can look right into your room. I asked to me moved the next day and they moved me to a 2nd floor room with a partial view of the sea. Since we did not plan to spend much time in the room, I did not press this any further, but again we felt duped as I assumed we would get a high floor sea view room as noted on the original Booking site. The hotel is adjacent to a busy highway and they play fairly loud background music all day. There are literally 1000s of good hotels iand restaurants in that area (no local residents live there), so I will look around next time I visit.

Good breakfast, great location and very well mannered and trained staff. None

Breakfast was good with nice selection food and drinks. Great location, walking distance to main tourist spots. Staff was very hospitable. Initial part of the stay was in a room paid by Turkish air . This was in the back side of the building and was not as good as the subsequent rooms we stayed in the main building.

Great location, properly maintained property and very well mannered staff. Nothing.

This is not the first time that we have stayed in this Hotel and I am sure it will not be the last. We really much enjoyed our stay , the staff is really friendly and always there to help and assist with all our need. Breakfast is really good and a lot of choice for everybody. Room very clean and the cleaning lady is cleaning the room every day. Overall I am very pleased with our stay and recommend for everybody. Nothing that I did not like.

Nice hotel. Very nice accommodations close to the blue mosque, again Sophia etc. staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was great!

The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were nice, and the breakfast had so many selections. Also, although our checkout time was 12pm, our car wasn't picking us up until 230pm because we had a 6pm flight. They let us stay in the room until 2pm which helped us take in more sights until leaving because our bags stayed in our room. The walls are extremely thin, and depending on which street your room aligns to and which floor you're on, you will have a completely different experience. We were traveling with friends, and their room was on the ground floor and facing the main street. They didn't sleep for 3 days because of the noise of people, cars, and fighting cats. Our room was on the third floor, facing the opposite street, so we had a quieter room. But, the walls were still very thin, so make sure to bring comfortable ear plugs.

The staff was super helpful and courteous. Big breakfast. Great dinner. Arranged a great tour guide. Couldn't have been better. Great location for walking. Right on the river.
