The Hotel from outside is great. However the inside is terrible. The images shown on the booking.com. Rooms are not refurbished. No hangers in toilet. Toilet seat too tight to shower. Breakfast we had 2 types of cheese boiled eggs ..poor Breakfast

Location is good. The tap water in the facility had a strong odor and an oily feel which made it very uncomfortable for use either for shower or hand washing, the room was extremely small, and we has a bit concern about overall cleanness of the facility.

It did have elevator, great, it did have breakfast, standart Aircon kept turning off, my son had only fan in small room, no aircon and it was also turning off and old, it was very noisy, you could hear person snoring next door

It was a very well-priced hotel, no frills, with the best location to visit the city. Situated in a quiet street, walking distance to the attractions in the old and new town, and very close to all kinds of transportation: tram, buses, metro and ferries. The room was just enough for the four of us, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast, offered from 7 to 10 was included in the price. They cleaned the room every day and brought fresh towels. The receptionist was helpful, and he arranged our taxi service to the airport. I will repeat this hotel again. I like everything. The room was a bit crowded, but okay. We didn't expend much time in the room. It's not a fancy hotel, but a very decent one, with all I need for my tourist's needs.

Very close to sights, food options, little ‘corner store’ , pharmacy up the hill follow the tram tracks. Short walk to bazaar. Staff really friendly and helpful.

The location is very good, very close to tram and train stations, quite close to ferry and boat departure points, walkable distance to many points of interest, beautiful park just next to the hotel, many restaurants, cafes and shops around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Paid parking just behind the hotel, which was very good for us. The street is more quiet than other parts of the neighborhood. The four persons room was rather small and there wasn’t really enough space for the luggage of 4 people. The bathroom was small. But it was great value for money and we knew in advance the room wasn’t going to be big.

Location was great. Everything within walking distance or near the trams. Had a four bed room with a bathroom which was a bonus but the room was quite small. Table was next to wardrobe so couldn't open the wardrobe door. Not much choice of breakfast. The bidet wasn't working and when turned handle fell off. Too noisy at late night or early morning. Slippers were not slippers made out of paper. Two toilet paper in bathroom for family of 4 and ran out quick. No new ones stocked. Heaters were on all day and night. Air conditioning not functioning. Said property has a terrace but door was shut when went up to check.
