The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to public transport stations, which made exploring the city easy and convenient. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the spacious room. Even though we were a group of four, we never felt cramped. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay at a good price, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing to complain.

Wifi continuously disconnecting, surroundings are not clean, room is not that good

My bed was ok, but I just noticed the bed cover was not washed every times, after the leaving of my roomate. Also the basement only has a kitchen that is not that clean to use from the kettel or so.

From the first day of my stay staff were so helpful and amazing, honestly couldn’t ask for better. Location is good, daily cleaning and turkish tea in the mornings was the best. Overall, liked everything about this place. Thank you very much!

No elevator, no chair or table in the room, and room of four you have to put up with everyone.

The people working there are all really nice, especially Hakan, apart from answering messages regarding how to get to the hotel, he was also attentive with my luggage and was so willingly ready to carry it up (and then down again at checkout: when he heard me walk down, he just went up the stairs to help bring the luggage down, which he actually didn't need to do). Very bery clean. Old city vibe. Pretty convenient location. The hair dryer worked for a minute, then I needed to wait for 3 minutes before I could use it again?But I got my hair dried nonetheless after a few pauses, perhaps it's a security design.

The place was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is old and dingy. The stairs to the upper floors are killer and the nearest station where the train comes frequently is quite far by foot The toilet didn't worked the first day but they fixed it the second day. The photos in the picture are deceptive and the room looks no near to it. Plus it was very noisy at night.
