Taksim Nacre Residence

The location is in close proximity with Taksim Square There is no receptionist in the area. The room mentioned and the actual one is different, we knocked on the room where someone already inside. They are not approachable through WhatsApp call, not even bothered replying message. The room is cold, the room heater is not working. The toilet seater is broken and seems not to be well maintained. You definitely can get better accomodatio. With slightly higher price in around Istiklaal Street, but please stay away from this hotel. This is a scam.

The location was not bad The reception was not accessible at all, even for check in and checkout. In whole day no one was at the reception

Excellent location, very good price, close to Taksim, metro and bus station. Good check out time. Nice places to eat on the same street. Would book again. 4th floor with no lift, but we did not need one. Well... since there were two of us and not partners and had only one blanket on the bed, we asked for another blanket. They could not provide it. We managed with three thicker sheets. The shower had one wall completely open, so there was a flood in bathroom everytime one of us took a shower. And a hair here or there, that wasn't ours. There was a balcony, but totally unusable, since it was dirty.

I had a great stay at Nacre Residence in Istanbul. The place was very neat and clean, with a nice location conveniently next to marts and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Sarah, the owner, was wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and guided us completely about the city’s transport system and attractions, which made our trip much easier. There were also two staff members at the reception—one named Ibrahim and the other whose name I can’t recall—both of whom were extremely friendly and accommodating. As a Pakistani, I truly appreciate the hospitality and support shown by Sarah and the entire staff. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! I highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Dont go to this hotel ever, it was full of flees all over the room. The whole place was very dirrty. Flees and dirrty. Just dont ever go to this hotel.

Good location, walking distance from Taksim Square. Cleanliness was poor. bed sheets and bathroom were dirty. No lift, narrow staircase, the staff did not help with the luggage.

I didnt like anything. This place is like hell. Location of this hotel is way down and to get a taxi is way harder as we need to walk the hill for 10 minutes. My money is wasted and i dont think booking.com is ever gonna refund me any money as they are pathetic to the core!! And upon that the guy at the reception was asking for cash even though i had mentioned that i was gonna pay with card!! The room has a/c but only hot air was coming. There was a tv but no remote. There was a small fridge but no power. Shower head had covered in rust you couldn’t even touch it to change the direction. By the way there 2 shower heads and water was coming from both the shower heads. Never gonna recommend booking.com for anyone..
