They didnt let me in with my wife Because ewe booked it and then wanted to add my wife to the room and they didnt let

I really liked the location and the apartment itself was nice and quiet and clean and with the stuff there they are so kind and friendly i would recommend going here.

Really nice safe friendly and family hotel.Very nice manager Tugba and receptionists were great.Also Sevda, cleaning lady was amazing ? Quiet and calm hotel,very close to metro and tram, great location few stops to center ?.I had great sleep there,no noisy.Many great shops also behind main street and cheeper prices, really viby area.Thank you all ❤️! I had great stay ?? Hotel looks just a little smaller than on pictures and the street was a bit broken to get there but it was due to constructions on the street just had to be careful with cars while crossing.Nothing particular -ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The location was excellent—very close to the tram and all major transportation options. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor that made it difficult for me to sleep. I stayed for five days, and during that time, no bathroom tissue or soap was provided.

Great staff, room, and location. Next to bus stations, tram, train and metro and good restaurants. the lady at reception ( tauga or tuga, sorry for mistake, if any) was very nice, attentive, and helpful. also other staff member and nice. i recommend the place for solo and budget traveller, and family.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had in turkey ???The general manager at the front desk, Tuğba, was absolutely amazing. She helped me with everything I needed and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly made a difference during my stay. The location of the hotel is also perfect ,very convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the comfort and location but especially for the outstanding service provided by Tuğba.

Clean Unfortunately, my stay was affected by very noisy construction works taking place directly next to the wall of my room. It was difficult to rest during the day due to the constant noise.

Hotel is super clean, and staff is excellent. I didn’t like shower, it was broken and water was dripping everywhere, drainage was bad in shower, and breakfast was every day same, need more variety….
