This is the 3rd time we were staying at this hotel. We love the location: major historical attractions and Bosporus are around the corner. Very friendly staff, tons of restaurants, awesome festive atmosphere on the street, small grocery stores 50 feet away from the doorstep in case you need to grab anything. One thing you need to know, if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator. We did not need an elevator and had no issues with the stairs, just wanted to make sure you're aware.

The staff were very very helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious. We are vegetarians and loved the turkish vegetarian cusine.location is perfect. Walking distance for all the monuments. You need cab only for takshim square monuments. There is no elevator. Spiral stairs.

The staff were extremely friendly, and welcoming. The location is also spot on as it is a 5 minute walk from the Sultan Ahmet square area. If the single room was a little bigger it would be ideal, but still excellent value for money.

Great location. Just within a short walking distance to most of the iconic places of Istanbul. Surrounded by tons of restaurants. Nothing really.

The staff at the hotel and the associated restaurant were super friendly and fun to be around. They frequently inquired about my well being and whether I needed something else to make my stay even more comfortable. .

Location No cleaning done in 4 nights stay, despite asking for that and was told the cleaning lady is off. Noise at night and you can hear any one passing in the morning, difficult to sleep. Old furniture, doesn’t seem like 4 stars hotel, I think 3 stars at maximum is fare. Staff communication and check-in was difficult.

It is not a four-star hotel, but rooms are comfortable. The last day we could use the bathroom since water was dirty.
