Even though our room was cleaned every day, I wish they have changed our towels more often.

It is located on shopping streets, small rooms. The breakfast was not varied and fresh always.

No lobby small reception, one of the staff try very hard to sell Me tours and vacations which I didn't like much .one of the staff refused to give his name.

The stuff is friendly. Bed was good and room was clean. The terace door was obviously not sealed properly so in the morning there was some smell from the kitchen below. It could get a bit noisy early in the morning. The location of the hotel looks ok on the map, but unfortunatelly, it is at the bottom of the hill, so everywhere you go is up the steep street.

Nothing I booked "Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds" at "Grand Bona Sera Hotel" which is advertised as including a desk, dining area, and dining table. None of these 3 were present and the bathroom shower and sink faucet had leaky connections and the water would intermittently stop while I was showering. The man at the front desk also ignored my complaints about the above issues. He didn't have an extra blanket -- the room was cold and the window wouldn't close properly.

Location of the hotel was very good, metro station is relatively near and there is also a lot of stores and exchange offices in the neighborhood. Staff was nice, and the breakfast was tasty. Also good thing is that they had a hair dryer in the bathroom. Hygiene was not great, things in the room look old and used, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. Towels were not clean, they had hairs on them and I didn't want to use them, if you are planning to visit the hotel bring your own towels. Also, shower head is not detachable and it's inconvenient to take shower cause the shower boot door were missing.

the staff are polite and friendly, helpful, all the best for them, location is good, near every major tram and metro connection... all we needed room was too small, not enough wall sockets for charging devices (only 1 where the fridge was plugged in) and there was marely any pressure for showering.
