Excellent location, service and staff. the soap was used and packed in a small box as if new. Toilet paper was half roll when we checked in, not appropriate for any hotel standard.

Loved the room the location and the rooftop restaurant was a bonus. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a really lovely stay. I'd love to come back again.

The location was excellent, but what stood out the most was the staff’s behavior and hospitality. Special thanks to Ahmet and Orhan at the front desk — they were amazing, professional, and always helpful. The housekeeping service was also excellent. And a special mention to Mustafa, the chef. He is a wonderful person, and I’ve rarely seen someone so passionate and dedicated to his job. Congratulations, Mustafa ? A bit noisy during night especially if your room on the street

The location of this hotel is amazing. You can hold on everywhere by public transportation which is the best way to get around the city. It has an amazing view from the terrace. Close to everything. You can walk to many attractions. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Amazing rooftop for breakfast. Mustafa the head waiter made the experience so special. We didn’t mind but for people who has to work out there is no gym. This is a boutique hotel.

Staff was amazing. Mustafa in the restaurant was phenomenal! He made the trip worthwhile Hot water was a challenge. But they were working on it.

Beautiful room and the terrace dining views. Staff was very helpful and gracious. Mustafa , managing the terrace breakfast was exceptionally warm and serviceable. Enes and Hakan managed the front desk and scheduled a driver for sightseeing and ride to the airport the next day. Location is perfect for walking to the port, restaurants, shopping and city sights. The entrance and tiny lobby is squished by the Irish restaurant next door. My room had a tiny sideways view of the port/sea.

The whole staff were so friendly. Breakfast was so good and we felt welcomed everyday. Mustafa is a great man thank you.

Not much The room was very cold. There wasn’t any parking or any help provided to park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at De Reve Hotel, Istanbul. The location is very convenient, with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The most enjoyable aspect of our stay was the exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Hakan at the reception and Mustafa at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and served to our table with great care by Mustafa. I highly recommend this nice and cozy hotel.
