What an AMAZING view and location!! The view of the Bosphorus from our penthouse room was SPECTACULAR!! It was in the heart of Galata Tower area. So close to all the shops, dinning, walking distance to cross the Bosphorus and convieniently located to get around. The staff was soo nice and attentive. We had the penthouse which had 2 rooms with private bathrooms each and a kitchenette. No need for the kitchenette since the hotel provided an AMAZING breakfast every morning! Wee booked a dinner cruise thru the hotel and it worked out perfectly. We would walk across the Bosphorus every morning to go sightseeing. It is located near the light rail bridge. There wasn't a thing we did not like about the hotel or the area at all. Everything was beyond our expectations! We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to Istanbul in the future and we will also recommend it to all of our friends and family!!

The king bedroom had a beautiful view. The staff were very helpful, especially Ousama, and samet. The rooms was very clean. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is excellent—only about a 4 to 5-minute walk from Galata Tower. Slight street noise, but generally a comfort stay.

The Host Ozan and Osama were very helpful and welcoming, Also the location was perfect, you dont even need a transportation to anything you are in the center of the most touristic places, also the rooms was very clean nothing

Our experience at this hotel was truly excellent, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kazim. His warm, attentive, and genuinely caring attitude made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Honestly, just meeting Kazim makes the whole stay worthwhile! The breakfast was also fantastic – a delicious variety of traditional Turkish dishes that gave our mornings the perfect start. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out above all, though, was the personal and thoughtful attention we received. It made the whole experience feel special, and we’re so grateful for that. Highly recommended!

Location is very convenient. The stuff was amazing and helpful, even with the lack of English speaking skills. Very good breakfasts - you get a glimpse of the true ‘Turkish breakfast’. The hotel is facing a highway, which is busy even during the night, especially on the weekend. You won't get a proper sleep without earplugs. No safety deposit boxes in the room, nor at the reception. The rooms look better on pictures, whereas in reality they would need a refresh.

Wonderful location and extremely clean! The staff were always polite and courteous. Our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and toiletries every day. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in the galata area, we will certainly return! Be aware traffic is constant in turkey and you may hear it at night, this was not an issue for us at all.

Located on a busy road you are immediately welcomed inside away from the bustle. All staff are friendly and very willing to help. After a refreshing tea we were shown our room (elevator a bonus instead of walking up 4 flights of stairs). Room spacious, very clean, comfortable large bed, good bathroom with plenty of hot water, lovely large fluffy towels, table and chairs. None of the road noise comes in and whole hotel is very quiet. All the hotel is very clean and and the daily breakfast good, it was a set plate but had enough items and fresh omelet each day. We stayed 4 days and will go back next time. Final bonus was they stored our bikes securely during our stay and while we made a quick trip to Cappadocia.
