Very close to the clinic I had appointment with , next door They had no food at all, no breakfast or any food if needed

Nothing. Very disappointing. This was by far my worst experience using Booking.com. The photos and positive reviews are very misleading. Based on the images, I assumed it would be fine since we only needed a place to sleep, but it was far from acceptable. First, the shower drain was completely blocked and required someone to come and repair it. The shower itself was dirty. The entire building looked unfinished, with a very dirty window covered in dust that couldn’t even be touched. The smell of smoke was everywhere. Although I booked two nights, I left early the next morning—if I could have left sooner, I would have. There were ants under the mattress and many flies in the bathroom. The refrigerator made loud noises all night, forcing me to unplug it just to get some rest. On top of that, the walls were so thin that you could hear people walking and talking. Even the toilet made random noises throughout the night.

This place is a hotel in name only — it lacks everything that makes a real hotel. There were many disappointing issues: They never replied to my messages. The listing said “Free cancellation” and “No prepayment,” but when I requested to cancel, they refused to approve it. None of the staff spoke English, which made communication very frustrating. They charged me the commission that Booking.com normally charges the hotel — which was very unfair. The fridge in the room was broken. The people themselves weren’t rude or bad, but they clearly don’t have the skills or systems in place to manage a proper hotel. Avoid this place if you expect basic service, transparency, or any level of professional hospitality.

Location Facility lobby was under renovation. As a customer, I was not made aware of it. No elevator access from lobby to the rooms / floors. Rooms were not made and cleaned daily. If cleaning is on request basis, customers should be made aware of it. Hot water supply was not available one night. Receptionist should have basic English language skill, for better communication. This was not the case during my stay. No call service from rooms to lobby or reception.

Everything about the room is amazing. Comfortable. Modern I can't say there is anything we didn't like

The best things are position (nice neighborhood and close to subway and buses) even if during rush hours it is hard to reach by car (afterall we are speaking about Istanbul's traffic...). The ferry terminal is also at a walking distance, as well as many restaurants and cafes where to have dinner or breakfast (not provided from the hotel). The staff is very friendly and helpful even if some of them don't speak english they try to help you as much as possible. We forgot a jacket in the room and they promptly organized the delivery of it to a friend of us who lives in Turkey. Very kind from them. Parking is precious even if in reality the underground one is very small. You have to leave the keys to the staff and they will find a space for your car. In my case it was in front of the hotel, so I can't really complain. There were not towels in the room, but staff immediately provided them. The shower is attached to the ceiling and it is not possible to orientate it. Unfortunately the smoke of previous guests could be felt, despite the staff opened the windows as I asked before check-in. Also related to smokers: the bed sheets had a cigarette's burn. There were some maintenance works going on and some noise could be heard also in the room, but not till late or too early in the morning.

I had a good night sleep. Everyone were super polite

The one and only good thing was the lady reception. She was friendly and responsive. Everything was a mess, the room door did mot open unless you push it too hard ( A cleaner lady taught us how to open it). the phone in the room was not working, We ran out of toilet paper and tea on the second day, asked from the guy at reception, despite saying he will provide them to us shortly, it did never happen. On the third day, while going out the door knob broke and we stuck in the room and the phone in the toom was not working to ask for help, we just knocked on the door and luvky us a handyman was in the next door csme to help. in general the worse experience ever

nothing else worst hotel in Beşiktaş, very dirty, during stay there labours worked there use drill , Hamer very loud., when I said to reception about noise , just said if you want you can leave here without refund money , In middle of night people were noisy and wanted open my room?
