It was close to shops It was so dirty, we had dust all over the room and they refused to change the blanket since it was dirty for 4 days, i started itching the first day

It was fair medium, location was good, near subway and marmaray station, near local things and not expensive as touristic places In description it was written everday cleaning but they said they clean every 3 days, breakfast was not so diverse and various but fair with just basic things to eat, it would be also good to put fruits to it, also they do not provide water or tea i mean you cannot get tea or just water after breakfast time, i would suggest hotel staff to think about giving access to kitchen just for tea and coffee

Civan, Husain, thank you for help me and my family to have good customer service experience, you guys help me and my family’s to feel comfortable during our stay in the hotel. I would choose the same hotel again if I go back to Istanbul, my only concern was the accommodation price, thank you to all the staff. The breakfast time and view is the best time in the day, I love the view, the menu, the customers service, and feeding the seagull in the morning, I love it.

Facing Sea. Staff good. Menu should have some changes on a periodic daily basis. We had boiled eggs for five days stay. Omlette or Half Fried eggs or scrambled eggs is suggested. some fresh juice suggested. Tea and coffee were good.

The restaurant is good and you will see the beautiful views from the restaurant also we like when the seagull accompanies us when we eat the breakfast. The food was standard but good. And it's good location for staying bcs close from anything Cleanliness in the room and bathroom must be improved

Good location, walking distance to metro and tram stations, room was cleaned and towels changed although we stayed for only 3 nights, nice breakfast. There were some problems with the connection and we couldn't pay with card, only cash.

I stayed at Abel Hotel on the 3th floor for four nights with my wife, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. I wish I had chosen a different place for our stay because this hotel did nothing but ruin our trip to Istanbul. Here’s why: Service Quality: The service at the hotel is appalling. The staff seems completely untrained and unprofessional. For example, the receptionist dismissed my complaints about the WiFi, initially claiming I was the only one with issues. After proving my case, he admitted they had faced the same problem before. Unbelievable! Noisy Environment: Morning times were unbearable because the staff was noisily working on breakfast preparations. To make things worse, the neighborhood itself is very loud. Relaxation was impossible. Horrible WiFi: The WiFi strength in my room was virtually non-existent. I had no signal at all. This is unacceptable in today’s age, especially when the staff themselves were aware of the problem but failed to address it adequately. Lack of Cleanliness: The photos of the hotel online are misleading. The room and bathroom were far from clean, with stains everywhere. The safety box was broken, the drapes were falling off, and the overall maintenance of the room was shameful. Poor Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was a disaster. They served old, unappetizing fruits from the previous day, and the cheese even had questionable dirt on it. The hotel’s stingy management is evident in the quality of food provided. Unacceptable Staff Behavior: The personnel were rude and unaccommodating. My VISA card didn’t work, and instead of trying to help, they refused to accept my CAD cash. Such a lack of flexibility and professionalism is shocking. Terrible First Impression: Upon arriving at the hotel around 1 AM, the lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. The smell was overpowering, making it difficult to breathe—a horrible welcome after a long journey.

Breakfast was amazing and staff was awesome.Location is great,sea view with boats.I adore those night lights. Everything was great.I liked the vibe and the energy.
