The location was perfect for our trip. The staff was super friendly and able to take care of our check in needs. The beds were comfortable and the WIFI worked great. The breakfast was super! Nothing. Everything met our expectations.

The location of the hotel is central. There are many cafes, restaurants, historical places, museums, shops, etc. around. Laleli tram stop is very close. Metro stations Vezneciler,Yenikapi and Aksaray are 10-15 minutes' walk from hotel.The hotel is clean,the staff is professional. Breakfast is delicious. Mr. Ismail is a very professional worker,attentive and ready to help people.

Nothing, neither receptions hosts are good nor the services are good. Wifi is not working in rooms, you can complaint 1000 times, but they won’t resolve this. Worthless place to stay. There are many other and affordable places there in surroundings. I said, there is nothing to say i like

The people that work at the hotel are not cooperative at all they let me lose 312 dollar .because they did not agree to change my reservation date

Only the location is good but the road is very slobe The breakfast is bad There is no boiler there is no water inside the room I asked for help with my bags they said there is no one to help The hotel is over ratted hardly 3 stars

Location is excellent. Near to tram and metro train to access main locations like SultanAhmet and Taksim. Reception staff's cooperation was also excellent. They take complaints seriously. Housekeeping was also perfect. Our soaps and towels were changed daily. Breakfast. No good variety. Even cappacino/espresso etc coffee was not available. Especially at the entrance of restaurant, a guy asks for room no for entry purpose. This really seems very awkward. Secondly, no tea coffee or even complimentary water bottles for the room. We stayed six nights, used 2 water bottles from the mini bar and had to pay for it. Washrooms are also very tiny.
