Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was great. The room was always spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping it cool and fresh. We had a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lali for taking such great care of our room. She was always kind, professional, and attentive. My wife and I truly appreciated her excellent service, and she made our stay even more enjoyable. -

The cleaning staff talks very loudly in the hallway, regardless of the time. The cleaning team's cart is parked in the hallway, near the stairs, which creates an unpleasant visual impact, especially for those staying in rooms near the stairs.

Clean, modern, distance walk, excellent service from staff, amazing breakfast. The staff arranged our transfers towards airports & taxi service at great prices, did great recommendation about sites to visit, helped with luggage. We had two stays here in one week and we recommend.

Everything, the team was very good, the breakfast good, swimming pool nice. Everything great. On the first night I didn’t know how to set the thermostate, but when the cleaning lady comed, showed me. It will be great if will be put some paper with instructions in the room.

Decent hotel. Room is a Lillie small. Close to the train station. Internet is off/on and required to log in from time to time.

A hotel is very nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The staff, especially Sofia and Gvantsa were helpful and polite. I will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are very clean, the location is nice There is no stowage space at all. One small hanging space, not enough even for one person and the room is very small.

The hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to all the major events. The metro is also very close. The breakfast was fabulous, including an omelette station. The staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended. They provide an airport shuttle for fee, well worth it.

A lot of food choices. Fresh egg options, waffles and pan cake. Loved the fresh honey with honey comb. Loved freshly cut fruits and varieties of cheese. Great salads, sweets and drink choices. Door key card did not work on the first try. Bathroom was a little small with little sink-top space.
