Proximity to the grand bazar and blue mosque. Staff where excellent and very helpful Roof terrace needs a bit of love . But nice to have the outside space !

The hotel has really good location, the main tourist attractions and good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The hotel staff is polite and hospitable (and also late check-out were available that helped us). Great breakfast is served here with local foods. There is no bar in the hotel

The main problem is the very poor sound isolation - you can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms. While the location is good, the area doesn’t feel very safe after dark, though we personally didn’t experience any issues.

Wish they cleaned the floor and bathroom at least once in our 6 day stay. Although they changed the sheets on 2nd day (which I didn't find necessary). Breakfast could be better but its OK

Hotel was close to the tram station with easy access to the main touristic attractions. Also, just a few steps away from a street with many restaurants. Just an observation: location was difficult to be accessed by shuttle mini vans. We had a few mini vans that needed to pick us up and they had to park somewhere else on other streets and walk to the hotel to let us know they were there.

Great location near the city center. Good breakfast. Very noisy neighborhood. You hear every steps and noises of the other rooms. Street is very noisy even in the night.

Airconditioning in our room needed to be serviced would blow out hot air after 30-45 minutes. Needed to keep turning it on and off

I liked the early check-in, late check-out, and the very helpful staff. The room was not comfortable, not soundproof, the WiFi was weak, and the air conditioner did not work properly at night.

We did not liked the coffee, it was Nescafe. Other thing, all the doors in our room were very noisy (especially bathroom).
