Less than acceptable Too much things The air conditioner bad No tissue No tea or water in the room When you ask the restaurant for food no food only pizza I’ll not stay repeat this bad experience

Location- view The air conditioning does not work properly during the day, making the room extremely hot, especially at midday. On top of that, there was a wedding ceremony at the hotel, which we were not informed about in advance. It caused a lot of noise, and the pool was closed because it was reserved for the event. Basically, you pay for access to the pool, but they rent it out to others. Ironically, while they had no problem taking away the pool service, they were very quick to charge my card even for a simple bottle of water from the fridge. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Very bad A/C , room was not look that good

it’s view to the sea and to the islands common areas AC is not working signage to the parking lot is weak, especially in the elevator. the AC in the room doesn’t stops completely, you have always the ventilation noise. Room curtains are mess, to close you have to climb on the window, after closed, there is still coming light throughout. You have a fancy island view, but during the night you have a disturbing noise from the main street. Light switches looks fancy, but is to complicated. Beds are not comfortable, whole bedding stuff and linens are synthetic, therefore when you cover yourself, you start sweating. Especially for a 5 star hotel, bedding material and the actual bed should be above average quality.

For many years we stay at Cevahir every time we come through Istanbul. We love the location, further from tourist areas, more Turkish culture, beautiful views of the sea, very close to the ferry that takes us to Buyuk Ada. And the staff are great, especially Emre. All good!

Its location is great for a calm stay although a bit far frim the city, but its a very nice property Its a little bit far from the center. Maybe a shuttle would help! Because I only book this place if I an renting a car.

Nothing Not clean, bath sinks not working and not helpful staff. Rooms are old and smoke burns everywhere.

The air conditioners are hot because the central heater is running, and everything else is fine. But if they fix this one thing, everything be fine

That it has a sea view The room smelled really bad

Nice location, big rooms, decent utilities, frienly staff Windows were leaking rain water to the room all night. Bad damp smell in the room. Broken toilet flush. Very limited tv and internet. Room selection were confusing leading to difficult check in and we then had to UPGRADE our room

Perfect place to unwind before the take of to the next destination. The smell which i found later was do to the wind.

Amazing calm and clean see side location. Very high quality food in it's restaurant. Professional and polite staff. Bed was too soft and hard to have a good sleep. The window to the city view could be more modern and sound proof. But these doesn't make us exclude it to advice the hotel to the other people.

The location of this property is amazing. It is right across the street from the beautiful sea, minutes of drive to beautiful malls and the best of all 10 minutes of drive from Kadikoy and Suadiye. Breakfast is delicious and all the restaurant staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Very clean, comfortable and extremely affordable hotel in a clean and gorgeous Asia side location . The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes you come across a few individuals at the front desk who can be very unfriendly, rude and not very helpful. Out of all the front desk staff there only a couple who are pleasant and helpful.

Location is good and close to local cafes and restaurants and provide parking Staff were rude Room service was bad TV did not work for the whole stay and never repair Never provide water , soap , cups , coffee and tea which I had to buy In the last day after they gave me late checkout , somebody called me and started to argue that I should leave immediately or pay extra money using improper language and fighting I do believe that they lack professionalism and do not show respect to guests

It was a very pleasant stay – cleanliness at the highest level, everything fresh and well-kept. The staff were friendly and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel!

Specially in the afternoon was terrible air in the room

The hotel, amenities, service and staff were exceptional and we really enjoyed our two day stay with the family. Would love to return.
