For this hotel, the only thing I really liked was the location, because we came for a tournament and it was convenient for us. I also liked the sauna and the swimming pool. We were disappointed with many things at this hotel. First of all, from the very beginning, we booked rooms as a group of 8 people. The hotel initially offered us a taxi transfer to the hotel for 60 EUR. When I accepted the offer, they immediately changed the price to 100 EUR. After messaging back and forth with them and after they explained that the 60 EUR price was supposedly a mistake, I gave up and found a completely normal transfer myself for 50 EUR. We also had problems with breakfast. Breakfast costs 18 EUR per person. When we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to pay for breakfast for all of us immediately, but we were told that it was not necessary to pay in advance and that we could either pay directly at breakfast or charge it to the room. However, the next morning, we were not allowed to enter the breakfast area because breakfast had not been arranged in advance at reception. After several complaints, the following day they told us that we could have breakfast and that one of our rooms would receive free breakfast. Furthermore, the room cleaning was terrible. One evening, we were not given any towels at all. After we complained, the next day they brought towels, but they left someone else’s dirty towels in our room. They also took the tea and coffee cups from our room and refused to bring new ones, no matter how many times we asked. The rubbish was not removed from the room, despite our requests. Overall, the hotel was terrible. Considering that it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, this is completely unacceptable. In reality, this feels like a 2-star hotel, or at most a 3-star hotel. Another major issue is that the staff do not speak English well, which creates a serious communication problem.

As a 5 star hotel, they don't have free laundry service.

The staff were really friendly and tried to help as much as possible. The room service and cleaning was really bad, nit everything is changed, floor was never cleaned for 3 days. The AC in the room had only hot option and was 26 which was very uncomfortable and very hot inside.

Rooms are so big and spacious and clean. staff are nice and I love the atmosphere of the hotel and the design makes me feel like I was staying in a castle! Sometimes I would have to call for things like tissues or water multiple times before it was brought to me which was a bit annoying

Amazing and helpful staff. I would especially like to personally thank İlayda at the reception for her care and attentiveness. I was originally planning to stay for just one night, but thanks to her, I extended my stay for another night—and as a kind gesture, she gave me a complimentary upgrade to a wonderful room for the additional night. Also very clean rooms they and very comfortable beds Nothing

The big suite Their room was not clean at all. The housekeeping did not clean their room properly every day I saw dirty towels I saw dirty cups I saw dust everywhere I didn’t even like the cleaning service at all during my stay. I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

Breakfast could be better

Location was not bad. Everything else was very bad First of all…The staff really need to learn PROPER English. They also need to learn some professionalism and hospitality. The AC in our room wasn’t working, I had a baby in the room and he couldn’t sleep from the heat. We had a wedding to attend and couldn’t even enjoy because of what was happening in with the room temperature. We called the ANGRY reception to send someone up to fix the AC 4 times. And every time he would come up, also angry, and just turn off a switch and restart. You don’t need to have a degree to do that. Then they’d tell us to wait for 5 mins and it should cool… which wouldn’t!!! The AC was obviously broken. I told them that we can’t spend the night in this room like this, they wouldn’t even change our room. Then comes the other drama. I told them to clear out the minibar, we don’t need anything from inside, however I need the fridge to keep my son’s milk bottles and snacks. They immediately just said NO! After calling a few times, they said ok, but we have to pay for the whole mini bar FIRST! Then they would open it! What kind of crazy rule is that? I travelled all over the world and never came across any of this before. Finally after calling 100 times and explaining in all languages possible, they finally sent another angry guy from the room service people and he showed so much attitude just to unlock the fridge. And after unlocking he told ME to clear it out by myself.. There was dirty water in the kettle and some other guests shoes in our closet and no hangers for our clothes. After all this drama and disrespect, and not getting anything fixed or changed.. I decided to leave with my dignity and book the closest hotel in the area because it was midnight and my son was not able to sleep in the heat. I called a cab, checked out and left to another hotel with a baby at MIDNIGHT! Every penny I spent to book this hotel was a waste. There are plenty of other good hotel options if it interested in this area.
