The location was great

The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly. These were the things i only like. I had already informed via message that we would be checking in two days late due to flight issues, and we still paid for those two days. However, when we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait for around three hours, which was extremely frustrating. Eventually, they said there isn't any booking of yours but then they got our booking and said we don't have any room free at the moment while we paid advance for early two days. How can you give our room to anyone else?? Then we were given a room, but it was completely different from what we had booked. The washroom sink had drainage issues, and the water would take a long time to go down. Additionally, the shower water was excessively hot; we had to request twice before it was adjusted. Overall it was very disappointing.

Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The apartment could also be cleaner – there was dust that hadn’t been wiped, the floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the coffee cup was dirty. I also noticed some bugs.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Istanbul nightlife. A lot of restaurants, from the cheapest to more fancy options, and souvenirs stores all over the main street Although recently refurbished, the hotel was not in the best condition. The room was slightly dirty, communication was difficult (room phone not working, no WhatsApp contact), and there was a power outage for an hour on our last day. No complimentary water or minibar. Staff were polite and friendly, but spoke limited English.

nothing except the location Room was so cold and freezing, AC not heating, No smart TV and even the existing normal TV is not working Plus i booked with Payment on arrival and optional taxi service to the airport back with confirming it, However they debited my account for both the room rate and the taxi, and they made me pay cash at the reception saying that they didnt debit me and that i have to review with my bank.

The location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring Istanbul. The room was clean and comfortable, and it’s in a perfect spot to enjoy an authentic Turkish breakfast at nearby cafés. Great place if you want to stay close to everything. There’s no breakfast offered, and you need to carry your luggage from the ground floor up to the second floor to reach the lobby, which can be a bit tiring. But overall still manageable.

There is a nightclub just across the street. It's impossible to sleep due to loud music. And the club works almost every night.

We spent 6 nights at Fitas and it was the best choice we made! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the metro, bus, and tram, and right in the heart of Taksim, so everything was super easy to reach. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the staff, especially Rodrigue, were incredibly nice and friendly. If we visit Istanbul again, we’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommended! Nothing

The location was perfect, really near to a grocery store. Right next to McDonalds. The room was also perfectly sized. The balcony had an ok view - nothing exceptional. It didnt open up to main isteklal like we had hoped. There was still a bit of noise at night but since we were at the top floor it was still acceptable since it didnt reach much there.

1-There was no hot water , I even talked to the receptionist but nothing happened. 2- the location of the hotel is in between buildings and at night there is a night club that will not close until 2 am and it’s so noisy 3- they don’t clean the room for 3 days
