A very convenient location — subway station, T1 tram station, and bus stops are nearby. We took the M11 from Istanbul Airport (IST), transferred to the M2 line, and got off at Vezneciler Station. From there, we walked just about 100 meters to reach the hotel. We took the T1 tram for three stops to get to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and other attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is good too.

The standard room was somewhat on the smaller side, but that was something we knew even before booking, it's well kept and super clean though.

The breakfast was good but no variety and got old after a few days. Staff was helpful. Convenient location. Zero hooks or towel racks to hang towels or coats etc. Not one! We had to hang wet towels on door knobs or draped over the sink or shower head. There was sufficient area to install hooks in the bathroom and the room itself. Staff indicated that our room was consistent with all the rooms which lacked hooks or other mechanism to hang towels. No counter top in bathroom, no counter area in room, no desk. Very difficult to get ready or do any type of work. Incredibly small room with only a bed. No desk, no chair. Bed was low to the floor so no room to store luggage or even a backpack under the bed and no room anywhere to store even the smallest piece of luggage or backpack anywhere in the room except on floor. Staff stated that all rooms were exact and the same size.

Informed the staff I was coeliac and if there were any gluten free options for breakfast. The replied quickly via message. At the hotel they had prepared a dish specially for me. The staff showed me the dishes I could have and the ones I couldn't. Top quality service. Shower flooded the bathroom.

Excellent location, Good price, Good service breakfast and dinning room are ok No more clothes rack in the room and bathroom, not enough space for many large baggages, there is only one elevator.
