The cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast buffet

Location is great, breakfast was decent and view from the restaurant is very nice. staff was somewhat friendly and helped us a lot with making our stay better I booked a standard room and it didn't feel like a standard of a 4 star hotel. furniture was quite old and dirty - same with facilities. We didn't have a window (there was a very small one opening inside the hotel so no air came inside, only noise and music). the bad is super small ~125 cm which is smaller than standard double. it smelled very badly from the bathroom. light in the closet was switching on and off all the time.

The location couldn't have been better. Also the view from the rooftop was very beautiful. We chose the small room option, and it was too small to the extent that we couldn't even open up our suitcases. The bed was quite small for 2 people, and the room got very hot very quickly without turning the AC on, since the only very small window in the room was opening to the main hall of the hotel. You don't have any other options other than sleeping with the AC on.

Breakfast was good but it could be better when it comes to choices, other customers smoking by the windows I couldn't have my window open without inhaling smoke

I recently stayed at this hotel again, and honestly, it never disappoints. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, and the staff is absolutely perfect, so kind, helpful, and always welcoming. This was my second time here; last time I stayed in the Deluxe room, and this time I tried another room. Both were excellent. The facilities are amazing too. There’s a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and everything is kept super clean and comfortable. And the location… don’t even get me started. It’s one hell of a spot, just behind Istiklal street, close to everything you need, and truly beautiful. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Location Poor breakfast and didn’t take it Old rooms, whole place needs an update. Lack of hot water. TV didn’t work.

The location is amazing, 2 minutes walk from Istiklal Street where all the magic happens, and just a few minutes walk from Galata and Galataport... let's not forget to mention the breath-taking view from the Terrace. The staff is so kind, and I would give a special THANKS to Yildirim who supported us with nice spots to visit and accommodated all logistics for our comfort during our stay. The rooms may be small for certain people's likings, but still; the beds are comfy, the hotel is in a nice neighborhood close to numerous amenities, and the staff is really helpful and kind.

Easy check in even at mid-night due to delayed flight and bad traffic; easy check out; very nice and helpful staff; good breakfast; the view from the roof top breakfast area is fantastic. The room is a bit small, but good enough for stay
