Property is not clean at all, the service is very bad, breakfast is very bad I didn’t like anything from the overall service comparing to the price the I’ve paid it

For the price I paid for spacious room and good washroom and good view, I was entirely disappointed. Breakfast was also horrible. No one did the room service even on third day even after hanging the request signage outside. My sister had mobility issues and I expected good washroom but unfortunately even a healthy person couldn’t use that highly congested and uncomfortable to use washroom. You can’t even sit on commode because there is only space for one leg to adjust and you are almost sitting on sideways. Congested washrooms and bad breakfast

Management was very much co-operative. No drinking water at room

Location was best for young adults Breakfast

Room was clean, no bugs, as well as the whole hotel was very well tended and the staff was nice. You cam weight your luggage at the lobby and there is an option for breakfast too (8am to 10am). There were towels, soaps and toilet paper included. Overall we very pleased with the stay and would recommend it to future visitors of Istanbul. Breakfast options were little. There were typical Turkish foods included, which was nice, but they could have changed it up a bit from time to time. Anyway, it was a good value for the money in the end.

The location was good as it was walking distance to big attractions but when we used Google map to get home in the evening it took us through some really dark and isolated areas, where we didn’t feel safe. However, nothing bad happened, I guess if we took the taxi home this would not have been a problem. There were two different guys working at the reception, one of them did not speak English which was frustrating but other guy spoke good English, he was very helpful too. I think our room had dust mites or ac’s was too old as it triggered coughing attacks and allergies. They didn’t have an iron you could borrow. However, they did have an external paid ironing service. Breakfast was really low quality, so we went nearby to have something else. The one and only lift the hotel had was very small and scary. If you wanted to use the lift at certain times you could risk it was occupied by the house keeper constantly. Our fridge emitted a lot of heat and was not particularly cold but hotel staff kept on insisting that it was cold . Our safe was not working and it was not fixed at the whole stay even though I told them I needed the safe to keep my families passports. I still don’t understand how the hotel has got three stars as it unfortunately doesn’t feel like that at all.

Cheap Showers were broken, not enough sheets and bedding on the beds, and it was creepy how lights were always off and on-it made the place spooky. Also the ads said the rooms came with TV & air conditioning and the rooms did did not have these things working. Also traffic made getting to the hotel very difficult.

Central Not clean, we asked the staff to take a look at the toolet cause it leaked water all the night. They didn't come.

Location only.

The only plus of this hotel is the location. Almost all important sights can be reached on foot The quality of the hotel service does not match the number of stars. The room is much smaller than it looks on the photo. There are no balconies. Dirty windows, curtains, walls in the room. The plinth on the floor was torn off in several places. The toilet is leaking. The room does not have a table, glasses for water, the refrigerator is broken. The air conditioning turns on by itself, you need to ask for the remote control at the reception. There were no duvets or bedspreads in the room when we checked in, only a sheet, pillow and pillowcase. When asked for blankets, they brought us unwashed blankets with hair and traces of lipstick. No one cleaned the room for 3 days, we had to ask for toilet paper at the reception. Breakfast (buffet) is terrible: soup, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, bread, butter, tea, instant coffee and jam, that's all
