Location. Very close to istiklal street

We stayed for the night and the room was great for our high expectations. The main 2 things that stood out for us were the staff and the location. It feels extremely safe and the staff was actually incredibly hospitable and went over and beyond to take care of us.

The decor is little dark. Hard to put luggage in each room. Safe box in both rooms did not work. There is some construction material in the hallway by one of the rooms we got. Hotel street is little unpleasant. There a side ally with steep hill that is where hotel is located and is by the police station so little unpleasant first impression. Appears like deserted back street.

Awesome location and helpful friendly staff. spacious bright room. A very comfortable place to stay. Even fridge and microwave were provided. Dirty towels, sheets, and cups, broken facilities, not enough cups. When I complained, they said these shortages are normal for a three star hotel.

The reception team was always friendly and ready to help in any way possible. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit, where to shop, and what to see around the area. I would highly recommend this hotel — the location is very convenient, and the staff truly make your stay special.

Location is perfect. All restaurants shops etc on 2 mins walk. Staff very friendly, helpful and no communication issues. It's value for money. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very clean, great wifi and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring Istanbul. The rooms even though small but were well designed, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street Nothing

The hotel is very clean and has an excellent location, just a short walk from Istiklal Street and very close to public transportation. This made moving around the city very easy and convenient. The staff are very polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They speak good English and were always willing to assist with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Nothing

It’s in a very good location, close to istiklal but also far enough that there’s no noise at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and kind(especially muhammed) the room themselves were extremely clean. Overall i have no complaints 5/5

The property was good with exception of noise control around the rooms; the rooms seems not to be well separated and isolated. Otherwise the staff was good and communication well done.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Istiklal Street. Staff is really helpful, Special thanks to Yousef. Some furniture needs to be renewed as parts of it are loose, which affects comfort and overall experience.

The location was convenient, so close to the main shopping street. Train station and metro walking distance. Very clean . The service was great they were very helpful.
