everything was good, nice people clean hotel good clean breakfast central location The only thing was the size of the room and bathroom they were a bit small for 2 people especially if you stay a couple says . And that is not in their hand especially in a city like Istanbul as there is a high demand on the space.

Very nice staff! Reasonable English speaking, always available. I really liked the location, close to the main attractions of the golden horn, to tram and metro stops and to the Marmarail (connecting to the Sahiba airport). Although an individual traveller I rented the triple room to be sure of some extra space. The AC was working and it really made a difference.However, the room needs some repairs. A warning: the steeps are high, especially if you have heavyweight gear but the staff will help you if you need it. I didn't like that the receptionist tried to give me a small individual room although I had reserved and paid for a triple (I value extra space). After a lengthy discussion they agreed on the triple, a top floor room, very hot and with a steeply access and needing some repairs. I didn't try the breakfast because the room was so hot and humid that it became unbearable: you would need a cold shower afterwards to begin your day again.

The location was fine, tram within 5 minutes It was very hot in the room. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly. Very old system.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location.. Nearby several metro/tramway stations.. It's just a recommendation: adjusting the central heating system.. This hotel will have a very good potential with additional investment.

The location is perfect. Close to EVERYTHING, all amneties , banks, train, restaurants and clothing shops for business.The staff is very peaceful,friendly , helpful, they go the extra mile.The hotel is a peaceful environment. The breakfast is not the usual English breakfast to expect, it is not something i looked forward to. The TV would not switch on no matter the many ways i tried.You only get free water in your room for the first night. The kettle code was so short that boiling tea water required me to support it with so many things so that it would reach the plug.

I love the location where the hotel is located and it is in the middle of down town where all the shops are and recommend the hotel for the budget travelers The stuffs are not friendly need to be trained

It was very clean, the staff in reciption were good specially someone called BOTAN. If the staff have more knowledge about customs services.
