Ista Palace Hotel

The location is good. It is close to everything: public transport, sightseeings, shops, restaurants. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The stuff is friendly and helpful. There is no sound isolation. Noise from street was like I have window open, while it was closed. Also I could here all talks at the reception that was one floor below my room. It would be good to have hooks in bathroom and shelf in the shower.

Location is good enough for visiting center. The place has nothing common with the photos on booking. Dirty rooms, gray sheets and towels, teared pillows, shabby walls, mold in bathroom, broken furniture. If it's not enough for you - there are also rats in the hotel. We've stayed in two rooms and in both have found a rat. Stay away of that place! Btw, booking.com won't help you, they haven't returned me money.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The receptionists were all very helpful and guided me very well throughout my stay. The location was excellent, and the hotel felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The room allocated to us has been renovated and made comfortable. I liked the side facing the street very much. It was a hygienic and safe stay for us.

A good location in old city part. A friendly staff. My appartments were really small room 3x3.5 meters. The bed had worn matrass, the shower ant toilet functioned not properly. We had no electricity for 1 day untill evening.

The toilet seat was falling off, there was black mould in the bathroom, the air conditioning didn't work, a lot of amenities that were advertised on the listing weren't present. There was also someone in the hotel shouting into the early hours of the morning.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed in Istanbul for three days. Both the hotel and the city were safe and beautiful.

Since it is a safe and comfortable hotel, it is the place where I stay when I visit Istanbul. The location is already in the heart of the city. The employees are attentive and helpful, always welcoming with a smile.
