Omma Hotel

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Location was a key factor and within walking distance to the tram, trains, The Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and shopping district. The only small things I’d say is the slow draining shower.

The young man sitting at the front desk was a little bit rude.

Our stay at Oma Hotel was truly wonderful. After traveling through several countries and staying at many different hotels, we can confidently say that Oma Hotel stood out in the best way. Everything exceeded our expectations: the rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home. Every detail, from the service to the facilities, reflected great care and attention. We felt very welcome during our entire stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. We had absolutely no complaints — just a perfect and memorable experience.

Great location, value, staff, breakfast and I got lucky with a killer view of the Black Sea. No extra blanket in the room had me struggling to stay warm when I slept.

Excellent breakfast which has slight changes each day. The food was always fresh and a breakfast like they offer (complete Turkish breakfast) would cost about 550 Turkish Lira in any restaurant.

We had a delightful time at the hotel. Everything was good, from the warm reception to the cleanliness and the morning breakfast. The reception was excellent. The receptionists at the hotel were very helpful. We extend our sincere thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. Macave, who was cooperative and exceptional.

location this hotel seems on pictures perfect! but that is it! the staff is not trained will and the communication is bad. there is a lot noise and is not kids/ baby friendly.

Management and receptionist were not helpful. I did not find my booked triple room and the gave me double room instead!!! Receptionist was not honest and very rude. Terrible customer services
