Orange Hotel & Spa

Excellent location in Şişli, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money. Everything was excellent. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were professional and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. I felt at home throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

24/7 there's an available staff for helping visitors. Location wise, it's complicated in Istanbul to select a completely safe place, this was one of them.

DON'T RECCOMEND! We stayed there a couple of years ago, and they marked us "no show" after taking the payment in cash and didn't. At the time, I sent a complaint. This time, I booked with prepayment just to make sure, but I regret it! The level has dramatically gone down since then, and I would never go back. It is dirty, the bedsheets and towels weren't even changed with hair and stains on them, strong cigarette smell everywhere. I went to buy myself towels to take a shower as I couldn't use the dirty ones. No soundproof at all. We were hearing clearly other guest's in their rooms as well as the street noise. The air conditioner was very noisy and was set on very cold temperature. Its remote control was missing, but they didn't even bother to find it, and we had to turn the whole room's electricity off to be able to sleep. We used the phone's torch to go to the bathroom! It's not good value for the money at all. Unacceptably low level of cleaning and service. It's the worst hotel experience ever.

Prayer mat was missing. Holy Quran was missing.

Although I arrived late night and specified to the staff that I will arrive late, the room was not clean and prepared as expected in standard. The curtain and bed were super smelly in cigarette smell, the bedset was dusty, and the toilet (embedded in the wall) was broken to the point that it was about to fell off the wall. The smell of smoke was too intense to point that it remained on my clothes and prevented me from sleeping properly although I was super tired. The bed was not comfortable enough and of bad quality. In addition to all that, any outside noise is audible in the room. It was absolutely the worst hotel night I've ever had (and I had a lot of them).

Stuff was very helpful and nice. Location was perfect The furniture is very old, from when the hotel was first established, and is not new and not as shown in the pictures.

Disappointing

Absolutely worst experience in this Orange Hotel & Spa. We booked a family suite room. This room was sixth floor where the extended floor to entrance and climbed the stairs (no lift for sixth ). Main entrance is mainly fire exit door which needs to press the bar when you exit from the suite. Even another fire exit from bedroom was small and big whole at the side. The lift noise when lift is running whichever is not explained. All time smoking inside the building and bad smell entering the building even in the room. As a family suite have two toilets with one shower room. Both of them no ventilation system which is really unhealthy and disgusting smell all the time. We tried to remove with air fresher and told them to clean again. But never removed the smell ever. They gave us one time cleaning service in 7 nights after three times request. As a family suite size is good but there maintenance is totally worst and making a douse business with visitors. Smoking in the building. Another business which is Spa and massage services. There are all employees smoking by stairs and never listening any request to stop it. Fully uncomfortable for family stays. Noisy lift and dirty everywhere.

Nothing Everything

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their warm hospitality made a huge difference, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly and pleasant experience! I noticed a small safety concern during my stay. The gas water heater was installed inside the room, which I believe is not safe. I recommend considering a change in its installation to ensure better safety for guests.
