Great location in Sultanahmet. Windows have good sound insulation. Super clean and serviced daily. Nice breakfast spread on terrace with view of Blue mosque and Bosporus. Everyone on staff was helpful and kind. Can arrange transport to/from airport. Nothing.

The location and price are the big sellers! What a great staff too. We enjoyed the breakfast with homemade omelettes! We were able to venture out all day and stop back at the hotel to rest or drop off bags. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! We got a breakfast to go because we left before 6 am. Great service! We highly recommend Seraglio!

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days during my visit to Istanbul, in the Fatih area, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. Although officially rated lower, I personally consider this hotel a true 5-star experience thanks to the excellent service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every single employee was incredibly kind, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm smile. They made us feel welcome from the first day until the moment we left. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is situated in the heart of the historic Fatih district, within walking distance to Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks, including Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Being so close to these world-famous historical sites made our stay even more special and convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, safe, and relaxing. After long days of exploring the city, it felt like coming home. If you are looking for a hotel with an excellent location, outstanding staff, and a genuine feeling of hospitality, this place is a perfect choice. The location is excellent. It's just a 5- minute walk to the Blue Mosque. It's central enough to the main historic attractions but still tucked in a quiet street where you can relax quietly. There's a number of restaurants and stores to get your snacks in the vicinity as well. The front desk is very accommodating and friendly. They gave me a voucher at their restaurant which I enjoyed during my last night and also a small gift to remember this trip. Highly recommend this hotel to any first- timers to Istanbul. The breakfast was a bit repetitive.

Kenan was very nice, kind and made sure we had a best comfortable stay. The property was very nice, clean and the cleaning lady made sure we had everything we need in the room. The breakfast was great. The chef was so sweet and welcoming. Clean, comfortable, and good size.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The roof garden breakfast was perfect even with their limited menu. The location is 2-3 blocks from the Blue Mosque and other sites. I recommended to the manager that they put a no-skid rubber mat in the shower as the wet tile gets very slippery and there are no hand rails also.
