Toilet seat doesn’t hold up.

On arrival they gave me a room that is way smaller than my booking and tried to make me stay in it until next morning for my room. The room they gave me after was not in a good condition so i had to change rooms again. They advertise that the swimming pool is free, which is not it was 20€ for a day access. On booking.com there is a breakfast included deal, there is no restaurant or cafe or anything to serve food other than a Nescafé machine next to the lobby. The WIFI is so bad and lagging most of the time. And the power went out for the whole hotel, whenever I asked reception their response was “happens every year” and does not know when will return. Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone and will not come here again

Very clean and beautiful room. Nice design and looking modern. Only 2 minutes walk from a huge shopping mall. Comfortable beds. Wifi connection was very weak, I was even getting disconnected a couple of times. The shower is randomly shooting extremely hot water for a couple of seconds so every shower was a bit painful. TV didn’t have Youtube.

This hotel is worth the money, the only small problem was that the bathroom had weird smell sometimes but u can easily solve that by putting a cloth under the door thingy so it doesn’t come out. If u are planning to stay here it’s very nice there’s a mall nearby shops hospitals etc . i did my nose job and stayed here and it was comfortable. i do not have any complaints tbh idk why some people in the reviewes are saying weird stuff , but for me its totally worth it. i’d come here again
