From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, which truly made the stay feel special. The room was very spacious, especially thanks to the impressive high ceiling of around four meters, giving it a spectacular feel and view. It was both cozy and luxurious, and the food was also excellent. Everything was good.

Nothing actually just the fact is close to where I work on that week My stay at the Sheraton Grand Istanbul Ataşehir was far below 5-star standards. • Food poisoning from the breakfast buffet – hygiene was unacceptable and several items were handled without proper safety procedures. • Misleading bar billing – a simple Campari Spritz was charged as separate items without informing me, resulting in an unreasonable bill and no refund or proper receipt. • Gym poorly maintained – damaged equipment and no basic amenities. Overall, serious issues with hygiene, transparency, and service. This hotel does not reflect Marriott’s standards.

This hotel does not have proper in-room AC, despite advertising as if they do. What they actually have is a central cooling system controlled by the hotel, and it never cooled my room below 23.5°C. Even when I set the thermostat to 18°C, the system kept shutting itself off. The room was constantly warm and uncomfortable. I specifically choose five-star hotels because I like to sleep in a cold room and expect proper air conditioning, this was one of my main reasons for booking here. When I complained, staff first tried to make excuses, but eventually admitted that the central cooling system simply isn’t strong enough to cool the rooms properly. This is misleading advertising. Be aware: if you expect real AC, you won’t get it here.
