Close to key attractions, and very clean.

room and location was perfect

The staff was very helpful. They offered suggestions for where to eat (there were SO many choices within a 5 minute walk), directions, and best activities for our limited time. They even arranged transport to the airport. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We were in an older part of the hotel so our room had fewer outlets and lighting. But it was still workable.

Great location. Super close to blue mosque, aya Sofia. Restaurants and grocery nearby. Very friendly and welcoming staff especially Mr. EMRE ( very polite and helpful). Seven hills where you feed the seagulls is just opposite to Side. The room I stayed has comfortable bed size than the usual 3rd bed. Worth for what you pay. A bit old. No elevator ( which I knew while booking) but I prioritized the location. Breakfast is average. Bathroom is a bit small.

It’s closer to many places and it’s in center no need to take taxi or uber WiFi is very bad and bathrooms are too small

Location was excellent, breakfast option was good. room size were small. it looked quite fair in photos though. only one staff from the hotel team had smile on his face and talked nicely while others felt like they are just there. Team can be more happy rather than looking sad I have paid less than this hotel but was never asked to pay for water. One guy told me its not free only tea is free while other guy told me its free. So not a good experience

Central location but most importantly the staff is the greatest asset we had a little difficulty coordinating with our airport pickup but the staff monitored the situation and communicated with the driver I was happy with every aspect of clean quiet rooms

Side Hotel was the best in terms of value for money. The service and staff were excellent. The location is really stunning. You could reach The SultanAhmet/ Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia in 5 min. We walked in the area each night of our stay and never got bored. The T1 tram line is also close and will take you near Dolmabahce palace, the Galata tower, and to the ferries and other tram and metro lines. The BN1 bus lane will take to the Florya mall and Florya Aquarium. Breakfast was an open buffet. It was clean and satisfying. The room was good. It was big, clean and well ventilated. Everything was good in general. The only things that I disliked a bit were that the bathroom didn't have a window, so it was not well ventilated (even though a fan was present) and a small spots of humidity were present on the ceiling. The second thing was that the streets outside were always lit by night and the curtains didn't make the room dark enough for the children to sleep fast. However, these things didn't bother me or any member of the family.

The location was amazing! You are a 5 minute walk from all the major landmarks. We had difficulties with the airport transfer. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and I contacted the hotel about the delay but I arrived at the airport and had to take a taxi. At first they wanted me to pay for the transfer we didn’t use.

I have stayed at this property several times since 2010. I like its location as it is quiet and aloso central to two of the most iconic places in Istanbul Haghia Sofia and The Blue Mosque It does need an elevator as you have to carry your luggage up to your room - BUT I believe they are addressing this issue and one is being created and will be available in the near future

Excelente breakfast! Perfect location!

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They even helped find a doctor when my daughter was sick, And went out of their way to accommodate a room on the first floor. They absolutely went above and beyond all expectations. We will be using this hotel again in the future.

Location was amazing, close to historical places It was under maintenance, floor removals and grinding drilling works continued thorought our stay. It was super noisy with all the drilling, so we couldn’t even hear each other or take calls. Plus, they didn’t change the bedsheets, so we had to spend a day with dirty sheets and a messy room.

The heating was on +50 degrees when entering the room. Luckily it was cooler after turning the radiators off. All the shops selling food / restuarants were overpriced in the area

no railing to hold on the front entrance steps of hotel, no elevator, shower moldy
