Good selection in breakfast meals, although somewhat cold (scrambled eggs) Room well furbished, but it shows the age. Hotel is next to impossible to reach even by taxi (traffic regulations), a short walk may be needed.

Lovely hotel in the center on the old city, very close to all historical sights. The hotel is offering nigh breakfast. Our family enjoyed the our 2-night stay.

Very well located. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast area. (Maybe you can give more European options for breakfast especially when you have children that are not used to a similar breakfast. ( I asked for a fried egg for my sone and was told it was not possible.) Other than that everything was fresh. Daily fresh juices available. Not having simple breakfast options for children. except for cereal bread and cake.

Very easy walk to monuments. Our room was huge and had a balcony with a view. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel has stairs as well as an elevator. The hotel is very pretty and clean. I think it was a good value. The provided toiletries don’t include lotion or conditioner so plan on buying it if you don’t want to pack it.

Our room (402) at the top of the hotel was charming and comfortable. It came with a balcony that overlooked the Old Town and the Sea. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. The breakfasts were plentiful and varied. The staff, especially Mehmet and Fahti were helpful and especially kind.

This small hotel offers wonderful service, a decor reflective of the cultural history and delightful small gardens for relaxing. The hotel is on a rather steep hill- but then so is most of the city. Walking up the hill to the sights and tram is doable. About 5-10 minutes only.

The hotel has a very good ambiance. Especially the garden area where we had our breakfasts. I really want to mention about the staff they were very helpful and supportive they guided about all the nearest attractions and how to go there. About the property, the manager provided us a lot of complimentary things like they offered us a breakfast free of cost on the day we arrived which was not included in the original booking and they also gave us the early check in as we arrived early in the morning and the check in time was 2pm but he gave the room at 10am in the morning. We had almost 6 bags they also helped to get it to the room and back to taxi when going back, for us it was great help. There nothing much to say as far as our trip is concerned.

Nothing we was surprised about this hotel. The comments don’t match with the reality It’s not clean, they are a smell in the bathroom and the room was not clean at all. The cleaning lady’s come without asking if she can come inside the room.

Great location and beautiful historical building with a beautiful garden. Good breakfast. Checked us in much earlier than standard time by preliminary request without extra charge. Some furniture in bathroom required renovation. Cleaning ladies ignored the “do not disturb” sign and just entered the room immediately after knocking on the door causing some confusion - need to educate them.

Loved everything about it. The staff are friendly and helpful—they organised a sunset cruise and arranged a drop-off to the airport for us. The room was good—not massive, but big enough for two people. Toiletries and water bottles are provided. Breakfast is very enjoyable. The area is safe and quiet, and the location is perfect for exploring the main attractions, all within walking distance. Lots of distance choices and supermarkets nearby. Pillow too thik for me but that's a personal preference.
