Mr. Ahmet was exceptional throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful and assisted us promptly with any situation we encountered. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference to our experience Some rooms could be very noisy. Ask for a quiet room.

The hotel entrance has no ramp for the bags and there is no one to help which was very disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast was terrible.

The location was great and the value we payed was also good compared to other places nearby. We stayed on the 10th floor and the room was what i would describe as ancient, the furniture was old and full of dust and marks on the glass, the windows haven't been cleaned in ages. The cleaning staff stopped by every day which was great but either left us 1 towel of forgot to leave us any, and when we asked for some towels we received a cleaner one and one that i'm not sure it was very used or unwashed.The bathroom was probably in the worst shape, hairdryer worked for 5 minutes, and the shampoo and conditioner recipients were broken.

**Positive Points:** ✔ **Cleanliness & Hygiene:** The hotel is very well-maintained, with clean rooms and common areas. ✔ **Delicious Breakfast:** The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of tasty snacks and dishes. ✔ **Excellent & Kind Staff:** The personnel are very friendly, caring, and attentive to guests' needs. Negative Point:** ❌ **Weak Internet Speed:** The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi connection in the rooms, which could be improved.

Close to the Taksim and all the shops , walking distance to the HAVAIST airport bus . Good breakfast. Noise from outside, actually but I always have ear plugs . So do take them with you. For a good night sleep.

Only the location One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever My family and I booked four rooms, and every single one had serious issues that required changing on the first day. Here’s what went wrong: • ❌ The mini bar, air conditioning, and safe box in all rooms were broken. • ? All the rooms had an unpleasant smell, with no sign of maintenance. • ?️ The elevator was extremely slow—frustratingly so. • ? No napkins in the rooms, and when I asked about it, staff said it was “hotel policy.” Seriously? • ? No iron available anywhere. • ? Most of the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The only exceptions were the kind receptionist and the helpful porter during the morning shift. It’s baffling that a hotel operating like this can still take guests in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

The reception staff were not friendly at all; no smiles, no warm welcome. I had to carry my luggage myself as no one came to assist me. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were not good either. Overall, I feel misled by the high rating on Booking.com. Thankfully, I booked only one night to test the hotel’s quality.

It was wonderful experience with it's reasonable price and excellent service and location. Breakfast was also tasty and includes local and traditional food options. The atmosphere and room design with cleanliness were good as well.

Nice hotel in a central location. Their pool was so good to swim, relax and spend time. Room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good, but could be more options there. Staff was great at doing their best.

A magnificent hotel. Facilities and services at the hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool a lot and spent too much time there. Everywhere we wanted to see was close by walking or public transportation. As we wanted to try their breakfast, we bought it in the hotel and it was great too.

Home in a huge city that feels warm, polite, professional and amazing! Everyone did their best to assist us have an unforgettable holiday. Special thanks to hotel manager for be welcoming and problem solving all time!

It is a cool place I enjoyed the pool and breakfast a lot. Room was fine and enough to relax and spend time inside. People were fantastic all time smiling and helping.
