Really nice host, Real good service, mood and state of room and halls. Good and stable wifi connection. It was a plesure to see Ruijie as a network devices. Noise of fridge, but it can be switched off. Also, the street is quite noisy. But it is not host's issue, just location. The most disappointment inside the room: The installation of fire-alarm what was drilled barbarian way across the decorated celling.

The host was a beautiful person - very much careing person ❤️ Very close to Istiklal and Taksim but very quiet. I would stay there again! I thought the room was a bigger for two persons - but it was ok.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The location is ideal: only a short walk from İstiklal Avenue and Taksim Square. I travel frequently, and the level of cleanliness here truly stands out. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, giving the room a warm, home-like atmosphere. There was a very small issue with the curtain in the first room they offered, and the way they handled it was impressive. Instead of making it complicated, they immediately upgraded me without hesitation. It was professional, smooth, and considerate — something you rarely see. And the biggest highlight: Mrs. Sultana. She is one of the kindest and most caring hosts I have ever met. Warm, helpful, always smiling, and genuinely dedicated to her guests’ comfort. Her hospitality alone makes this place unforgettable. With its perfect location, outstanding cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and the kind of personal attention that you don’t often find, the value for money is excellent. I enjoyed my stay so much that extending it felt like the most natural decision and will absolutely return even on my next trip to Istanbul.

On the positive side, the location is good and close to the city center (though on a hill), and cleanliness was acceptable. Ms. Sultana welcomed me very warmly and even helped carry my luggage to the room. Her hospitality at first felt genuinely kind, making it feel more like a family home than a hotel. My experience at The White Swan Suites Beyoğlu was negative despite the warm start. Ms. Sultana welcomed me very kindly and helped me carry my luggage to the room. However, over time, she became overly involved in my stay and made me feel a lack of privacy. She was constantly present near the entrance, often watching from the balcony, which was uncomfortable. The next day, when my friend came to visit (and my booking was for three people), she refused to let him in unless I paid an extra 50 euros — something completely unreasonable. Unfortunately, her behavior felt exploitative rather than professional. Cleanliness was acceptable and the location is on a hill but close to amenities. However, due to the intrusive and exploitative attitude, I would not stay there again.

The Host Mrs. Sultana, she is just magical person with positive and happy surprises very frequently. Strongly recommend. The room we booked through Booking.com was not available, but we were settled in the upgraded room for a half of stay.

Sultana is such an amazing host. She is sweet, helpful and kind. I had the bottom room and the bed was comfortable and the accommodation is cozy. I loved everything about my stay. There is great access to transportation and night life. Thank you Sultana. I hope to meet you again.

The location is excellent! very close to Istiklal st. and transportation to Sultanahmet is very easy by bus! Sultana, the host, is very friendly and ready to provide any help you need! The interior is decorated very carefully and traditionally. n/a

Amazing host. Was the best of the experience; hotel room was impecable. The location, very bad location for getting there in taxi and coming at night, since it is very close to a red area where there are homeless people, and erotic stores, dirty streets.

The White Swan hotel in Taksim is truly a hidden gem! The owner, Ms. Sultan, is a wonderful person who creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The vibe is cozy and familiar, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Rooms are beyond legendary clean, when you compare to local standards! Wonderful design! Best host! Location is just 2 minutes walk from the main promenade, but not surraunded by a single bar or club, making your night magicaly quite.
