Duvet didnt fit the bed. Gym in the picture is not what it is currently . There is no sauna and spa operational . Breakfast was average .

The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. The space is very convenient. Good restaurants around. Nearest metro station is 15 minutes walk.

The staff was really good: professional, friendly, good work ethic, and efficient. The king suite was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very good. Housekeeping was excellent and accommodating. And there were several good restaurants a short walking distance away. And there was a spare market closeby. One elevator was troublesome and shaky for a week or 10 days, but they finally got it working better. The gym was ok, but lacking some equipment and it was very hot. The parking was a hassle at times.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to approach. The stuff was nice and spoke very good english. There was less information about facilities and the hotel room was entered from the personal without infoming me and agains my wish not to clean the room. The nearby areas is very poor and not good maintained.

Good location in the asian part of Istanbul, close to metro and bus station. Plenty of restaurants around, and Istanbul City Mall in a walking distance. Very clean and well maintained, helpfull staff that really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. Great room at 9th floor, modern furniture, big comfortable bed. Good breakfast with various and plenty to choose options. Our stay here for 2 weeks was very inspired. Hope to see you soon. Best regards? Please make some ready to be served salads. You offer many varieties of vegetables, so some good salads can be made.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast. No smoke smell was a major plus for me. Heat was not working properly, the food in the restaurant is not good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building is new, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and always eager to accommodate any request. A special mention to the lady who cleans the rooms – she does an amazing job and is so kind and friendly. I stayed here after my surgery, and everyone was incredibly helpful during my recovery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also, don’t miss out on the chef’s amazing soups. Nothing
