Zengin City Hotel

I had breakfast part off my stay and on first day told there's none,nobody came to clean my room in whole stay, electric sockets dangerous,toilet broken,bathroom door wouldn't clothes,the spell off smoke was terrible. Nothing

The sheets were clean. The biggest issue for me was the heavy smell of smoke in the room. The smell had impregnated all the walls and furniture and textiles. No matter how much you air the room, it won't go away. The staff kindly changed our room but it wasn't much better. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

The staff are the best in Turkey Hotel great value ,location well D16 bus Kadikoy ferry and your there . But as a family ran business you will not find a better stay in Turkey. I don’t speak Turkish and they went out of there way to make sure I was ok . I travel the world and this was one of my best experiences in an affordable accommodation . I highly recommend the Zengin city hotel. And just a note Iam not easily impressed It only serves European breakfast. But thier coffee will start you up real quick .

multiple good Restaurants and shopping markets around it but nothing in the hotel itself, almost everything was broken and almost nothing of what promised except WiFi and early check in. breakfast, behavior of some staff, noise that is usually due to being in a centre place so no offense:)

The jacuzzi with the city view were an amazing addition to the room. It's a great way to escape the city for a bit and relax. The room was relatively small to host a two-person jacuzzi, but roomy enough to spend couple of days. The hotel recently finished the rooms, so everything is looking great! The AC did the job to keep the room dry. The bed and the mattress was really comfy however it was not easy to get in and out as it was placed in a corner that is hard to squeeze in next to the walls. Especially when you need to get up for a refreshment or release in the night. I'd also love to see the mosquito nets on the windows so I can freely get some fresh air in.

The washroom tap (Toilet Flush) kept running. The noise wouldn't let you sleep. Room was smelling strong fresh paint to the point I got headaches. No free WiFi was provided. Entire building and stairs was under renovation/Construction.

The place was clean. Staff don't speak English. Window was broken, they couldn't fix it, but didn't change our room. So, all night we heard the noise from the street. There is a smell of cigarettes.

Location The staff alhardly speak English. The fridge does not cool down things and the AC was not working properly and mostly not working the noise from the street can be heated in the room, other things are OK
