Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

Nothing. We did not stay even one night due to the condition of the apartment and the host’s actions. The apartment was not ready at the official check-in time and was still being "cleaned" when we arrived. The host changed the address via WhatsApp and gave us a different apartment than the one booked. The apartment was completely different from the listing and photos. The condition was unacceptable: dirty furniture, damaged sofas, dirty windows, dirty towels, and poor hygiene overall. One apartment was in a basement with unsafe access, which is not suitable for children. We were traveling with two young children and were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation late at night.

All...dirty, very dirty and full dirty !!! The worst hotel I ever see.

Very good location, 7 minutes to Sultanahmet and Aya Sofia with great sea view. Great greeting host Oguz. But at apartment some lack of cleanliness and some mosquitoes. Overall ok

Location. It’s very close to restaurants, shops and old city attractions. You have to climb up and down the slope though, that’s old city for you ? A few things need fixing: the toilet door, the door of the bedroom closet. Also a new set of plates would be nice.

Position great and staff nice and friendly The sheets and towels were stained, the room a bit dusted. Cleaning did not happened in 3 days.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is very close to everything, you can walk around this beautiful part of the city. On the other hand, this street is exceptionally quiet. Laura was very helpful throughout, as if she were a family member. The radiator and underfloor heating provided pleasant warmth. We were able to have tea and make sandwiches in the kitchen. All kinds of dining options are just a few minutes away. We loved living here for a while. I highly recommend the hotel, it was also very worth the price.

The staff warned me of cancelling because I told them of late check-in. The space is very tight and not convenient to use, knobs not fixed, flush water toilet not working. Bed sheets very yellow and old.

The location is a really good one when it comes to attractions, even though it may not seem the best in the beginning. The lady and her son are the sweetest people and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely worth for the money and will choose them again for sure. The room was a bit smaller then we expected, but that wasn't a problem.

Excellent location A great, nice and careful host from the very beginning, helping me with my luggage when I arrived and with very useful suggestions during my stay. It was absolutely my pleasure!!!

Great Location, only a short walk into the city and attractions. Great access to the tram etc. A couple of times during our stay the water was shut off for a few hours. Most of the time we were out exploring so was fine.

Room are clean and comfortable,Wi-Fi is working good.
