Nothing at all. I have reserved one apartment and I thought I will get the one I reserved, but no. When We arrived there they offered us another apartment completly different and it was not even inside the same building, I said no I want the apartment that I payed for. After 1hour pf waiting they offered another apartment and honestly I thought it is not that bad and it was 8pm already so I had to accept that. During the night my girldfriend noticed bad bugs and cucarachas, it was discussing. Tomorrow we had to find new hotel and pay for it. I don’t suggest anyone to come there. Umuman olganda mehmonhona juda qulay joyda joylashgan. Toza, yaqinda ta'mirlangan, mehmonxona xodimlari hushmuomila edi. Katta ko'chadan ancha ichkarida bo'lganligi sabab, juda tinch, hech qanday shovqin eshitilmaydi. Lavabo juda tor va yuz yuvyaptganda usttaki polka xalaqit beradi (suv pastga tushib pol ho'l bo'ladi) va yuz yuvish juda noqulay. Yechim: polka joyi o'zgartirilishi kerak.

The stairs! There was no elevator :(

The location and price is good The description does not match the room that I got. The bathroom is shared with other room. The Wifi is super slow! Breakfast is okay, nothing to complain.

Nice thing about hotel is location. I don’t like smells from restaurant downstairs! You may feel it when window is open.

Good Nothing

A guy on reception who's checking people in is pleasant and attentive, the hotel is in a good location near to the metro, buses and you can get around the city on foot if you want, the bathroom is fine to take a quick shower The room was okay, although it was too hot on the 4th floor, no AC remote for economy reasons I suppose, no bed linens and some who knows clean or dirty blankets for everyone

Exceptional

The location is very convenient for those arriving on the Havaist bus from IST. However if you dont like the "market streets" you wont be happy as everything around the hotel is market with fake clothes. For $21 it's still nice though for two separate beds room. There was construction work during our stay. They used loud perforators and smashed the walls from early morning. I guess when they finish that it will be fine.

I had a pleasant stay, the staff is friendly. On the last day, the lady was helpful and agreed to keep my luggage all day. Thank you for everything you do to make our stay perfect.

The hotel was well located, near the metro/bus station. Many times we even used to go by foot to the city center. On the departure day, the receptionist was kind to accept storing our luggage until the evening, as we were having a late flight. We enjoyed the bathroom hot water. The cleanliness was really poor. When we arrived the toilet was dirty (splashed with urine on the toilet roll), the bath’s door was dirty as well and the room was dusty). There was also a persistent cigarette smell inside. The hotel was very noisy, no matter the hour: once I was woken up at 3am because the staff was knocking at one door over and over again and then conversations started; another day, at 7am the staff started cleaning the room from above by dragging the furniture all around; everybody was speaking very loudly no matter the time; the room was indead very small. The street is noisy as well.

Nothing. Be careful with this hotel, as they can cancel your reservation when you check in to them and write off your money as if you did not check in. It turns out that you came to the hotel paid and then through Booking they write off the money from you, even more than it should be. Thank you Booking for refunding the money.
