The room was clean, tidy and smells good. Its one of the hotels that i am glad to book at. Rooms and bathrooms were perfectly maintained. Restaurant Room service was above and beyond, and very delicious food. I do recommend to eat at the hotel rather than naighbouring resturants!! Bus stop is just 1min walk.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is very rich and good. It's a bit difficult to reach the hotel by public transport.

The person received at reception was friendly Daily cleaning was of not good quality. for example one time room cleaning did not take care of refilling of empty tissue box in washroom and washing of used tea cups and carpet wasn’t vacuumed Hotel wasn’t looking fully occupied and upon check in i requested for room with two single beds but was told no room available which was quite surprising

Everything in the hotel was great. It is located only about half an hour from the SAW airport. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. You have an option to choose rooms where smoking is allowed, which is a big rarety these days. The room was clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. The internet speed and WiFi signal were both good. The breakfast was great, with a lot of various foods to choose from. The gym is also clean and well equipped, yet doesn't cost extra to use. The entire hotel is clean, and my complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. were replenished daily by the cleaning ladies. The bus stop going to and coming back from the city is literally right in front of the hotel. There is a grocery store, a café and a bakery within 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Even though I arrived two hours before check-in time, I waited only about half an hour, in the lobby, to get into my room. I have nothing negative to say about this great hotel.

Nothing . There was not a single thing to like . Light in suits are insufficient, mattress are old The staff does not know how to treat their customers! If you ask a fried egg on buffet breakfast it’s extra. If the buffet dish is finished you wait for ages for refill . Night staff ok reception on Friday was very rude and aggressive which made me uncomfortable . Old mattress which gave me backache
