had a booking at the hotel, but they claimed I hadn't made a reservation. Even though I had already paid by bank card, they insisted it wasn't true, and I was forced to pay again in cash

Very clean, everything worked as it should, staff were great. Very close to a metro station which was very convenient for my late arrival by bus from Greece. It is in a very noisy area but this goes with being near a metro station - not the hotel's fault

Pretty much everything The property was in a good location It wasn’t too far from the train or other forms of public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and all around it was a wonderful day and definitely worth the money we paid.
