Nice hotel Ocean view

The rooms were the best we had our entire trip. Being on the top floor allowed us views over the water. They had a shuttle to take us to and from the Atagawa station. The room came with breakfast and dinner and both were wonderful. It’s a great spot to relax in the middle of a busy trip. Nothing - everything and everyone was wonderful.

I really Liked the Hotel, the pool was great adn the room was really really good, on this regards i don`t have any complain , we were able to really rest on the room The lack of english speakers in the Hotel, they present some rules at the start of the staying, but the same Japanese people didn`t respect those rules and then they begin to complain about the foreigners, the restaurants and cafe working hours if you`re going to attend turist you have to be available to said turist, the restaurant booking policies is something that was OK during the pandemic not in this actual time, right now it limits your customers and creates discomfort

Hot spring facilities are brand new unlike other more expensive resorts nearby. Room window facing sea directly and can see run rise from the room. Kids friendly. Can see a lot of local parents also bringing their kids here for vacation. When I made the booking, the hotel asked for my arrival time and promised to pick me up from Izu-Atagawa station. But on the day itself, no one showed up. It's a few minutes walk down to the hotel which is not a big deal. We are lucky as if it's a rainy day we will be having a difficult time dragging our luggages down to the hotel as it is quite steep.

Good location, closed to the station with good ocean view. The dinner is not tasty… suggest not book it in advance. I read the reviews saying there are no restaurants around so it’s better to have dinner in the hotel, in fact, there are some restaurants around…

Clean hotel and rooms. Near the beach. The work in the pool is well organized so that there are not too many people at the same time. There were many foreign workers in the service staff and all were well trained, polite and friendly.

Room was clean. I like having the ocean view (although it is just a small slice of view). It is more convenient if you are driving (which we did) Friendly receptionist None. (We only stayed for a night. Too short to comment. :) )
